The customer purchased her generic toners almost years ago, we have a year warranty on our compatible products. In good faith, we shipped out the customer ( next day air for free) an OEM magenta and billed her for the difference of the generic vs the OEM. We had her toss her
defective. We went above and beyond for this customer. I strongly disagree with her complaint.

Thank you for looking in to my problem with U.S, Reprographics Corporation (Tonerprice.com) No I am not satisfied with settlement with them. Yes, they sent me the magenta cartridge and charged me for the difference between the generic which they had sent me and one from Kyocera. Yes, at the time I last connected with the Revdex.com, I was aware that two cartridges they had sent me were not cartridges that would fit my printer, and therefor were of no use to me. Since then I ordered the four cartridges from another company and have checked and all four fit.. They are also generic. In comparing the cartridges from the other company with those sent me by U.S. Reprographics, none of the cartridges which U.S. Reprographics sent me were the right size; the two I had used were simply not as faulty as the two that would not fit at all and when trying to install the cartridges from the second company, I found that the other two cartridges from U.S. Reprographics prevented the new cartridges from fitting, and I had to replace all four cartridges. I asked to have the two that I was aware did not fit replaced and I would pay the difference between generic cartridges and cartridges from Kyocera. Since I now know that none of the cartridges fit properly, and since U.S. Reprographics sent me cartridges that did not fit, it is only right that U.S. Reprographics refund me 3/4 of the cost of $230.73. (they have already replaced the magenta).
Yes, I ordered the cartridges from U.S. Reprographics 1 year, 6 months ago as as shown in my VISA bill which I sent you (not two year as they claimed) prior to trying to use the faulty cartridges As a printer user in a private home, I do not exhaust the use of a cartridge as quickly as a business would. If there was a one year warranty at the time I placed the order (11/7/12), I was not aware of it and the limitation of a warranty should not apply when cartridges that do not fit are sent to a customer. I am only one person, and so withdrawing my business does not make much difference in U.S. Reprographics overall sales. I wonder how many others such as I am have had similar experiences with U.S. Reprographics. The way you rate this company could assist people such as me from doing business with this company.
