Complaint ID *** *** MsDiaz, Our company wishes to help resolve this customer complaint. We are willing to warrant the product if there is a problem with them. We are willing to replace the product if needed. Unfortunately, the transaction is old enough that the finance company who we assigned the transaction is owed the money. Just like Visa or MasterCard, the debt is owed to them. In fact, the legal contract they provide for our company to forward to consumers who choose to pay installments, was verified by them over the phone with the customer. They do this to insure the customer knows what they are purchasingIn this allegation, Mr*** is not our customerIn fact, he has misrepresented the entire experience without accuracy. He has leveled unfounded accusations against our business.. Mr*** was not present at the presentation. He was not in the home during my visit. He was not around while the installation of the products occurred or during the subsequent visit to finish the installation. Everything he writes is his inaccurate opinion of what he believes to have happened. We respectfully request his unfounded defamatory statements be restricted from any public forumContrary to his beliefs, we provide an educational seminar complete with a complimentary dinnerWe have many happy customers who have purchased our products from our “model”. In fact, our way of marketing is the most informed way any consumer can purchase products. They receive an extensive seminar on all the available technologies as well as ours. They must invite us to their homeThey have the ability to touch and inspect our products before the purchase and they have a day right to cancel the transactionEnclosed is a copy of the contract for your reviewWe provide a complimentary meal, educational seminar, ask if there is interest, schedule a time we can visit their home. Contrary to his unfounded accusations, we feed just as many young adults as we do retirees. In fact, we sell a majority of our products to young families with children. However, we do not make it a habit of discriminating against any age of consumer. Once we visit a home, we do provide installation as soon as possible but every customer receives in writing the terms of the finance, cash or credit card purchase and we provide each consumer with the federal day cancellation rights. In fact, the customer signed one in this case. Our company offers a complete in home safety package of alarms, extinguishers, blankets, burn and first aid kits. In this case the customer received many of our products but not allWe sincerely feel that Mr*** has resorted to making accusations in an effort to prevent his mother from having and paying for a lifesaving product that has been installed and used for months and cannot be resold as new. We ask that the arbitration of the Revdex.com respect the facts in this situation. And we respectfully repeat our willingness to do what we can to provide what we promised. I informed her that she would need to call the finance company, RFFC. I gave her their phone numberI then contacted RFFC and explained what *** *** wanted to doTo my knowledge, Ms*** contacted RFFCThe next time U.SSafety of NC was contacted was on 7-27-by *** *** and I explained that he would have to contact the finance company RFFCTo my knowledge, he contacted RFFCIt is my understanding that RFFC does a complete transaction verification. It is also my understanding that consumers who are not in control of their purchasing decisions are not able to verify with the finance company Neither myself or anyone from my company has ever called for non-payment. My company is willing and able to service and warranty the products owned by Ms***. She owes the finance company and not my company.
