On June 23rd Mrs [redacted] had placed an order that was to be charged at the end of the monthThe order charged 6/30/2016, processed and shippedWhen Mrs [redacted] later saw her CC statement (July 20th) she did not remember placing the orderMrs [redacted] called and we told her to just refuse the package and we would refund her CC upon receiving the coins backBut, the coins never came backWe later talked to Mrs [redacted] and she explained her husband signed for the coinsUSSC scheduled FedEx to go out and pick up the coins twice and were told there was no answer at the doorDuring this time Mrs [redacted] tried to get ahold of her representative and when she couldn't she got scared, charged back the CC and wrote the Revdex.comThe head of Customer Service spoke to Mrs [redacted] and we went over the order that was placed and the time line of eventsShe apologized for the confusion calling it "a comedy of errors" and asked for the Revdex.com's phone number so she could call and retract her letterHer order has since been refunded and the client is happy with USSC

Ms [redacted] has been a long term customer of US Secure Coins Apparently, Ms [redacted] had a problem with another coin company and that charged her credit card $70,for coins without her authorization Ms [redacted] contacted [redacted] , President of US Secure Coins and asked for his help He was able to sell the coins to a wholesaler for $65, US Secure Coins made no money on this transaction Ms [redacted] was initially very thankful for Mr [redacted] ’ efforts Several weeks later, Ms [redacted] called back and demanded her coins back or the full $70,she paid for them Mr [redacted] was able to get the coins back from the wholesaler at a $4,loss to US Secure Coins The vendor had to re-package the coins and this caused a delay US Secure Coins received the coins on April 16, and called Ms [redacted] to schedule delivery US Secure Coins finally reached Ms [redacted] on April 28, and Ms [redacted] received her coins on April 29, 216.In summary, US Secure Coins assisted Ms***, returned her coins, did not charge her anything, and ultimately paid $4,so that she would be happy She now has her coins and has not paid any money to US Secure Coins regarding this transaction It is unclear why she would complain to the Revdex.com.Thanks, [redacted]

As per phone conversation with *** *** 8/16/16.Saturday, August 13th, received the refund on credit card

To whom it may concern:Thank you for informing US Secure Coins about the complaint of *** ***. At US Secure Coins, we value our relationship with our customers greatly and want to take all steps possible to ensure that our customers are satisfied.I have investigated Mr***’s
purchases from US Secure Coins. On January 7, 2015, Mr*** purchased Silver American Eagles from US Secure Coins and paid for said order with a Master Card. Mr*** then did not make any purchases for almost years. On January 6, 2017, Mr*** purchased the $Buffalo Coins that are the subject of his complaint. He paid for this purchase with a Visa Credit Card. Clearly, the only way that US Secure Coins would have received Mr***’s credit card number is if he provided it to us.Mr***’s claim that US Secure Coins charged his credit card without his permission is clearly without merit. However, it is important to US Secure Coins that all of its customers are satisfied. Therefore, US Secure Coins is willing to accept the coin back from Mr*** and will give him a full refund. US Secure Coins is even willing to waive its restocking fee Hopefully, this will satisfy Mr***. Sincerely, *** ***

Refund has been issued!! Mr. [redacted] was issued a refund check 2/7/2017 in the amount of $2600.00.  Mr. [redacted] received this check and it was cashed 2/17/2017.

Thank you for your customer inquiry regarding Mr. [redacted] N. [redacted] has never made a purchase from US Secure Coins.  Mr. [redacted]’s brother, [redacted], has also never made a purchase from US Secure Coins.  However, [redacted] did purchase a coin from Premier Numismatics, LLC, an...

affiliate of US Secure Coins.  Premier Numismatics, LLC did sell a coin to [redacted] in April of 2014 for $120.00 plus $10 shipping.  The order was shipped to [redacted] at [redacted] Ct, [redacted], LA [redacted] on May 2, 2014. [redacted] never informed Premier Numismatics, LLC either by a phone call or letter, that he did not receive the coin.  Apparently, the coin was never picked up from the post office.  Although the coin has never been returned to Premier Numismatics, LLC, a check was mailed to [redacted] to reimburse him on February 6, 2015. At this point, Premier Numismatics, LLC has lost $130.00 on this transaction because it has refunded [redacted] his money and has not received the coin back.  It is unclear why [redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding US Secure Coins.  However, it is important for the Revdex.com to understand that [redacted] is a disgruntled former employee of Premier Numismatics, LLC. If [redacted] had not worked for Premier Numismatics, LLC and therefore knew of the relationship between the companies, US Secure Coins would certainly not be involved in this matter.  Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
