The reason for me being here is because of the complaint placed by Mr [redacted] I personally went to his house and spoke to him about the leak in his flat roofThe warranty expired September 16,2012, it is now years and months past I can’t do anything for Mr [redacted] .I asked him if he wanted a refund of $but he said no, I apologize but there’s nothing else I can do for him[redacted]
