There was a virus on Customer computer and we removed it on March 31st and we did inform the customer that it will cost him USD for securing his PC FROM VIRUSES in future But once the work was done customer denied to pay the service charge We tried calling the customer to check if still he is facing any problem and to clarify but we were never able to get in touch with the customer on his given number We provided all our contact information to the customer and will appreciate if he can call us in case of any doubt And if customer thinks his PC is still not working well , then he may call us and we will fix it without any charges
