US Standard Moving and Storage

We booked US Standard Moving and Storage because they were able to give us an exact pick up date right from the start rather than other moving companies that were only able to give us returned call. They showed up on time at our new address, did everything for the move just as we want it to be done and that only in pretty reasonable price. We are happy with the whole moving crew.

They often asked what they might do to make things easier on me, as I used to be tearful regarding moving. The move was smooth, easy, and inside the time-frame and budget mentioned. We were impressed with the packing, the loading, and moving all the items into our new home.

Our expectations were exceeded by the unbelievable customer service and prompt services by US Standard Moving and Storage and their efficient team. They were fast and accurate on their actions. I left everything in their hands because it was obvious they were good at their stuff. Would highly recommend this moving company to everyone.

They use a bait and switch technique. I told them that I needed to fill a 26 foot truck completely and all the sales guy wanted to talk about was inventory. There estimate was for only a 25 %full truck and I didn't catch it. I put down a $650.00 deposit. When I finally caught the deception, I asked for my deposit back and was told that there was no refunds.

US Standard Moving and Storage were best in every aspect. The movers were fair, on time. the team was effective, has excellent communication and reasonably focused costs. This moving organization is a sparkling case of value work and immaculate, agreeable client benefit. I will never utilize another organization.

In my own opinion, this is an amazing moving team that charges reasonable and yet do a decent job. I'm pleased that I choose them to move my studio pieces of equipment. They disengaged all the equipment and loaded them in the truck and unloaded and placed them again just as I needed them to be. They were very friendly and obedient team. I highly honor these guys.

US Standard Moving and Storage guided us step-by-step on what to expect and what needed to be done during our relocation. The reps and I communicated through email and through the phone. They have been very respectful the movers were very professional and very neat. They took good care of everything that they packed. They did it very nicely. They took their time to pack and unpack.

We moved on short notice and our needs for tight scheduling were met in a polite and professional manner by everyone from the owners through the front staff to the finance department and all of the people we encountered. The quotes were accurate and the information I was given was realistic. Would definitely recommend the company.
