called my right before the christmas holiday 2015, very friendly lady and good conversation, I told her to call back after holiday, A man called approx a week later saying he was calling for her, asked me some questions, Then the next thing I know 144 pairs of safety glasses and 200 pairs of earplugs at 4000,00 I did call and ask to return, said they would split up invoice, I said NO and to give me a return auth, never happened now im in trouble at work, I NEVER SAID TO SEND ANYTHING, THEY EVEN USED A BOGUS PO!!!

Great customer service and stands by their product. I have been using this company for years. My sales rep is constantly checking in with me. Too often some times. But I prefer hearing from him than the opposite of not being able to find him. Customer service gets back to me within 24 hours tops.
My rep has been very accommodating with structuring payment as my company proceeds through the project. I pay as I get paid.
