acquisitionThe Welcome Package contains a letter indicating that the rent will be due of the first of every month and contains a copy of the rental agreement that goes into effect immediatelyIn response to *** ***'s complaint regarding fees, please be advised that the late fees and lien fees are in accordance with standard industry feesThe allegation that "the next month is not what put the Consumer/Customer in "Lien State and therefore should not be payable until the end of the month is not in line with the payment terms since the rental agreement requires payment by the 1st of each month, not the 30th or the 31stWe regret that we can not be of greater assistance however the fees charged by Uncle Bob's are in accordance with the industry standard and clearly stated within the rental agreement
