This company is a scamThey charge you for submitting a form you can submit yourself and take advantage of people who do not know thisAfter figuring this out and not going through with the service, they called to ask why and hung up on me when I asked to be taken out of their systemI definitely reccomend against contacting this business

DO NOT USE THEMYou will end up paying off an amount towards your loan, with whoever carries your student loan consolidation AND you will be paying them a monthly service feeTWO payments a month when you only need to pay for ONE towards your student loanDO NOT USE THEM TO DO SOMETHING YOU CAN DO YOURSELF FOR FREEThey lied to meand I honestly believe I'm smartI did my research...but apparently NOT good enoughI'm very disappointed in myself that I did not catch thisBut they are TRICKY and they leave out important information which is critical to you understanding how they workThey basically shared with me how the carrier of my loan will workwhich is accurateBut they DO NOT tell you that they too will be collecting a payment separate from the payment that you make to the loan carrierThe US Department of Education DOES NOT support or advocate for these companiesPLEASE believe me or you will end up like me, paying off your student loans while you also pay them for nothing
I was recently helped with my student loans thru US Student Loan Center William was the name of the man thst helped meHe was very polite and was eager to help me even lower my monthly payment That made me think that these people really do take their jobs serious It made me feel good and I had a peace of mind
I was, quite frankly, at the end of my rope with my student loans I have a college degree with over $30,in school loans Because I have some health problems, it has been extremely difficult to find full time work in my field These loans have been sold, and part of the time, I didn't even know who I owed Thank you, Cleveland M [redacted] and USSLC for being so knowledgeable and helpful
