I have paid this company $39.95/month for years to process my student loan account for student loan forgiveness My loan was forgiven to a balance of $63,I went on the *** website today to check my statement and the balance is back up to $153,which is $20,more than when the loan was forgiven No one at this company will answer their phones or return phone callsI am looking for legal assistance to see if there is anything I can do
