Regarding Invoice # [redacted] I was working with one of the employees at the location ( [redacted] ) and I had walked her over to a piece of Carrara Marble which I told her I wanted to order, as well as a vanity and a sinkI gave her my credit card info at which point she said to call and set up the installation, which I was paying forThe installer was supposed to call me before he arrived and come by after 2:00pm at which point I would be homeThe installer didn't call me and arrived early, at which point my wife was homeThey asked for her signature before installing any product and after installing the productI arrived when the installer was just finishing up the installation and noticed that the product was incorrectThe sales rep ordered Carrara Quartz instead of Carrara Marble, I told the installer it was incorrect and he told me that his job was doneI called the company to let them know about the issue and they told me that they would have to call me back the next day to resolve

In regards to the complaint which I filedI received a phone call today from the company and they agreed to replace the product free of chargeMy complaint is resolvedPlease mark the complaint as closed and resolvedThank you
