Hi,This issue has been resolved. All the problems mentioned by [redacted] were related to client systems. [redacted] worked as a contractor for Delta staffed by our company as we are a staffing firm but we cannot control how the client handles their off boarding process including termination of the access...

to their systems. [redacted] was entering all her time in the clients system and we have not control over it. When her contract ended they terminated her access to the system. We were aware of her claims for the 2 weeks of work but still needed the manager approval for the same. We were continuously involved through the process and were coordinating between the client and [redacted]. Now the issue is resolved as the client has approved the hours and we have already released the payments. I am attaching a word document containing the email communication. You will notice that [redacted] was kept informed through the process while we were resolving the issue with the client.
