We would like to inform you the we provided the service you called us for which was related to pop ups, malware, optimization. You were quoted $199 for this service.  You accepted this charge of one time payment authorization for multiples issues on one computer
A full refund is guaranteed for 30 days from the day of the purchase and it is clearly displayed on webisite and also in the service agreement you accepted and signed.. We didn't receive any refund request in writing and the reason of refund. 
We only received this one letter from Revdex.com and we are complying with that and issuing you a full refund. Your subscription plan is cancelled and we apologize for any inconvenience you had.
