I am NOT at all happy with the service we received The job was to fix a sprinkler system that was not watering our entire yard While the work was 85% done just fine, here is what we experienced
The crew used my shovels which I guess is not problem except they left them out in the rain overnight instead of putting them back in the shed
They left a mess every day including water bottles, old sprinkler equipment, and large clumps of dirt on living grass for many days, killing the grass
They STILL have not completed the job after we paid in full and after several calls One on the PVC fittings has a fairly large leak that I am going to have to fix this weekend Other parts of the yard still have no water We have left many messages and emails without a call back
I paid $3,for this work and while the job is mostly complete, I will need to finish it this weekend
My advice to anyone is to hold back $1,for days until you see for yourself that everything is working steady state As this is a local business I would love to give a STAR rating, and would do so if the job ever is completed by them
