Mr. [redacted] purchased a set of 18 inch D. centi wheels with [redacted] tires 225-45-18. Mr. [redacted] said he was very happy with his purchase. A few days later Mr. [redacted] returned claiming that we had scratched and chips the wheels when mounting the [redacted] tires. Looking over the damage on the wheels we...

informed Mr. [redacted] that our tire machine would not cause the damage seen on the wheels. Mr. [redacted] then changed his story telling us the truth, that he had driven his car thru the [redacted] car wash and had noticed the damage when drying the wheels. Mr. [redacted] (in a demanding manner) wanted us to exchange the wheels claiming it was our fault that the wheels were damaged we advised Mr. [redacted] that the damage was of no fault of ours so we would not exchange the wheels. To this he became very excited and threatened to pickett the shop and contact people who would make a exchange the wheels – we were unsure of what was meant by this. Mr. [redacted] returned to the shop every day for the next two weeks or so demanding we exchange the wheels. Mr. [redacted]s continuing harassment was interfering with the quality of work we give to our customers. Hoping to put and end to Mr. [redacted]s problem we offered to put his stock rims back on his vehicle with a set of new toyo tires along with $200.00 cash to this Mr. [redacted] agreed and appeared happy and content with this offer when Mr. [redacted] arrived for us to complete said work agreed upon. He again became very excited exclaiming that he wanted and exchange for the damaged rims. Mr. [redacted] said one of the jfae wasn’t properly placed on the wheel stud causing damage to the stud. When said wheels and tires were placed on Mr. [redacted]s car everything was done properly work was checked and recheck before car (vehicle) was turned over to Mr. [redacted]. We at US tire and wheels are professionals and always treat our customer in a very courteous manner. We at US tire & wheels thank you for your time and apologize for our part in causing any unneeded work as a result from this complaint.Thank you US tire & wheel I would like to add Mr. [redacted] told us that [redacted] gas station had paid him the price of one rim for damage cause by the machine – three times had been damaged Mr. [redacted] wanted to collect money from US tire & wheels for the remainder damaged wheels.

Review: I asked for performance wheels on my car they put wheels that damperd my vehicles performance wheels do not fit my car. They scached when drove thrue a car wash they did not center them properly. Said they would fix and they still have not. I desided too let it go and to took them into American tire company to have them fix the prob and they informed me that the other shop crosthreded the bult stud and can not work on my car because of this.. My car is a 2014 accord and now it is unsafe too drive and they refuse too fix what they broke please help me im at a loss..Desired Settlement: I would like my vehicle repaired but they are are the ones who broke it so id like othere shope to do the repairs because they do not do good work or do they care about what they did wrong in the first place..

Review: To whom it may concern I am making a complaint against tire business because I went to buy a set of 4 brand new tires and they showed me one the ones they were going to put on my car and got it done and drove off I didn't check nothing I had total trust in them. Well 2 weeks later I got a flat tire and couldn't get it repaired at a closer tire business to me so had to buy a new tire, thats when they notice the difference and let me know my tires weren't all the same. I still bought that other tire and put it on but is the same as the one I took of I have proof and also have the tire that was damaged which is the one US tire and wheel had put on.I called them and they said they were going to fix and order the right ones so I went to pick it up well they were different. they insisted that it was ok and I told them it wasn't because I went there to buy 4 brand new tires and all had to be same and said they were going to fix to come back in 2 days. I called 2 days later to see if they had the correct tire and said they didn't have it and couldn't find one that I wasn't cooperating to put the ones he had already order and I said there I no point of doing that because they are still different I need four of the same tires and hung up on me through the phone very unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Total refund on the tires.I want to get full refund on all four tires. I will return also the one that got damaged and couldn't not get repaired I want t refund on that one as well. I will keep the one I bought from [redacted] Tire and Lube I have proof of receipt on that tire.
