warranty issues customer purchased two tire back in 06/and had the tires for over six months and in 12/contacted us saying there was a problem with the tires we took back the tires and returned them to the company for warranty in 01/warranty deptsaid that said tires had wear and
tear used and can only refund a partial due to the rear and tear and these tires had been discontinued we been trying to work out something with customer but customer is being unfair we will gladly refund customer $that is minus the wear and tear and labor thank you ***

I am rejecting this response because: I took the tires to inspect the vibrating noise coming from the front tires and Les Schwabb check the tires and the left side is out of round and the right tire has a slight hop so they told me it should be covered by warrantyI only drive my *** 2x max a month and barely drove with these tires which I put less than miles on it and why didn't they replace my tires since it is under warranty? It is not a wear and tear problem it is a defect in the tires thats why I think *** sold it to me coz it is also being discontinuedWell I will just see him in court

Review: On May 21, 2014, I went to U.S. Tire & Wheel to purchase four new XIX 20' matte black rims and tires for my white 2004 645ci BMW from [redacted]. The amount for the purchase was $1,945, but I only had $1,580 in cash. [redacted] told me he will give me a week to come up with the rest of the remaining in the amount of $365. A worker named [redacted] worked on my car and took out my four original BMW 19' chrome rims and tires so he can install the new matte black rims that I had purchased. In addition, [redacted] told me he will hold on to four of my original BMW rims and tires until I have the rest of the remaining amount. Two days passed by so I decided to head back to the shop because I thought there were some complications with the new rims that I had bought, because my car was squeaking and making noises. [redacted] asked me if I have the rest of the money for the rims and tires, and I told him not yet. I then asked [redacted] if he can give me until the 28th of September because I had to go out of town to visit my family for the summer, he replied and told me no problem I will hold on to your original rims in my garage until the 28th of September. On September 28, 2014, I called [redacted] to see if I can pick up my rims and tires, he told me he had sold it because I took too long to pick them up! I was very furious because he didn't even call me nor ask for my consent before he sold "my rims and tires. I then asked [redacted] if he remember who he sold my rims too or if he has a receipt, he stated no. I informed [redacted] that I will be filing a complaint report on his company, he stated that I dont care go ahead.Desired Settlement: Four original 19' chrome rims and tires for 2004 645ci BMW

Review: Bough a brand new 2 [redacted] Tire for my [redacted] CLS 550 and ran it less than a thousand miles and was having problems with severe vibrating and got the tire checked at Les Schwabb Tires and found that the tires are out of round and 1 tire also has a slight hop. They told me to take it back to the tire shop where I bought it since it has warranty. When I took it back to US tires they took my tires back and sent it to warranty in January 2015 and I've been following up almost every 2 weeks and the owner tells me he'll follow up and now its already May 2015 and he told me that he will just refund me and when I went to his shop to get a refund he said the warranty only wants to give him $40 for my tires which I paid brand new for $360. Then he said he will give me $100 refund and I said no. So he offered me a cheaper tire and I said no. I told him that they should gove me a new [redacted] tire and he said they cost more now. I said but they should give me a new tire since its under warranty and he said no. So I told him that I will take him to court and he said go ahead. The owner even said the [redacted] tires are already discontinued but then again if its discontinued that they should givd me the new [redacted] model but he denied my request.Desired Settlement: I need my $360 back or the same [redacted] Tires
