Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
the response from the dealership simply continues to show that they are very deceptiveI would like a copy of all the items they claim they fixed on the vehicleMy truck was taken back ONCE and only one part was replacedI don't know when they serviced the other things since the truck was in my possesionLIARS!

Review: I purchased a vehicle end of September and it has been a total nightmare. First, the salesman [redacted] promised a car remote and there was a lot of back and forth until the owner agreed to give it to us even though [redacted] told him he never promised it (lie). The check engine light turned on 2 weeks into the sale, had to take it back, and supposedly was fixed. Well guess what, it turned on again. Brakes had to be changed because they practically had none left when it was sold. Only received 1 license plate although I was assured both were in the vehicle. I was then told they would submit paperwork to get the 2nd licence plate and to wait 1 - 2 weeks. Well something told me to call within the 1st week...receptionist then told me, they couldn't order it because they are not the owner...hello does anyone know the procedure there?? Now I have to go to the DMV, loose a day of work, pay $20.00 to get this stupid plate they should of given us...No one has the courtesy to follow up with you in this place. Horrible business.Desired Settlement: I would like the vehicle repaired properly, a refund of $20.00 fee to get the plate and an apology letter.
