US Traffic Controls Inc failed to refund my HOA the $8,cost for electronic radar signs after they prepaid for both signs and requested refunds
On/about August 21, 2015, Kiawah River Estates POA ordered electronic radar signs from US Traffic Controls IncThis was the second order from US Traffic ControlsThe first unit was received, made operational, & worksa 2nd & 3rd unit were ordered at a cost of $8,The 2nd unit was received but failed to work propertyConsequently, the POA cancelled the 3rd unit before it was sent and requested a refund of $4,US Traffic Controls kept the payment refusing to refund it in whole or part claiming they we experiencing very bad economic problems and had no moneyAfter several months of phone conversations & dozens of emails between POA members & US Traffic Control regarding remedies to repair the unit, no solution was foundDespite local resident's best efforts, Unit #failed to perform
