Review: I purchased a [redacted] for club carlson points. The deal went live at 1pm on 6/17. I was able to purchase the deal and enter my credit card information. You can only enter the credit card info if you win the deal. I have proof that [redacted]s charged my credit card a preliminary charge. However, they now claim that I did not receive the deal because the system "timed out." This is an IT issue on their end. I entered my credit card and received a confirmation screen that the deal was purchased.Desired Settlement: I would like 50,000 club carlson points at the price offered minus 10% discount for using my american express.
