The Item had been scheduled for Pickup Via [redacted] at the expense of US Treasure and are awaiting for the shipment to arrive before initiating the full refund as agreed. A pickup [redacted] order# has been supplied to our customer and we are waiting for the item to arrive/to be returned.Thank You

Concerns of the customer had been addressed. Itemization and description as requested by customer had been sent to the customer. we are simply waiting for the 1 item he possesses to return/arrive to our location at which point a full refund will be processed as explained to the customer. Thank You.

I am rejecting this response because:Though we have had very good oral and written communication. US Treasures agreed to give a full refund after they had received the damaged sculpture back. And that a full refund would be given after 3 days of receiving the item.    I followed through with giving the business my address again and the dimensions of the crate with the damaged item. on 01/20/2015 which they had also asked for the dimensions of. As per request I have emailed said information 3 times since last communication and i'm still waiting for a confirmation date from their end of the [redacted] pick up of the crate. So I am still waiting to hear from US treasure as to when the item will be picked up.

Unfortunately, we were not able to respond to this dispute until now due to the fact that I had not received any telephone calls from the Revdex.com...

or e-mails as I do not believe the Revdex.com has our current e-mail on file. I had called [redacted] on 2 separate occasions leaving messages both times on her voicemail. I have not heard from her to date.
 
Regardless of the facts, I am happy to write to you, notifying you of the fact that this customers dispute had been taken care of and closed to the satisfaction of the customer shortly after the dispute was submitted. A full refund was given to the client and the painting in question was returned.
 
I hope this satisfies you and the Revdex.com requirements. Should you need any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me personally.

Review: Us Treasure LLC sold me a painting as an authentic oil paint with a authentic "certification of authenticity". Just a day after I made a purchase with them, I discovered that the painting is fake and the certification they provided was also fake. I have received a letter from the painter himself stating that this is not his work, and that he or the gallery who owned this piece has never issued an "certification of authenticity" to Us Treasure LLC. I obtained a letter from the painter himself to prove this.

Us Treasure LLC also failed to return my numerous calls so that I could return this fake item within 3 days of purchase.

This is clearly an art forgery and fraud case.Desired Settlement: Full Refund of $3,543.54

Review: Dear Revdex.com

On Nov 30th 2014, I purchased several art pieces from an auction being held by State Liquidators - Or business name- U S Treasures LLC.

We agreed that they would crate and ship our purchases through [redacted]. And we paid them $700.00 directly with our credit card.

On Dec 22 2014, the two crates arrived at our home in **.

The paintings were fine. But in a separate crate, the $10,100.00 Bronze, Zurab TSereteli statue was severely damaged.

One of the dragons from the base was snapped off. The front right leg has detached from the head of the dragon in the front right base of the sculpture. And the weight had shifted causing the right back leg of the horse to separate. Severely effecting the structural integrity of the work.

I contacted [redacted]. at State Liquidators / BKA, US Treasures LLC. (the seller). He was apologetic and offered for the sculpture to be professionally restored.

I do not feel that this is a viable option because the piece will lose so much of its original value. And its investment value at this point is well below what we paid for the sculpture.

A [redacted] insurance investigator did come out on sat-Dec-27th- He made a full report. [redacted]

The investigator sited inferior crating by the shipper.

US Treasures LLC has not returned emails or phone calls since the initial offer having the sculpture professional restored here in [redacted].

I have detailed photographs or when we purchased the sculpture vs the condition that we received it in. We were also verbally told that the art was insured with shipping. When we inquired about this insurance . Nothing was offered to substantiate that the shipment was actually insured.

The problem has been the fact that we paid US Treasures LLC directly for shipping and handling. This has put us at a disadvantage when filing or trying to collect information from [redacted] about what is happening and how to proceed.

And US Treasures has put no effort thus far into communicating taking any responsibility in the rectification or the issue .Desired Settlement: Return product COD for full refund.

OR restoration and a $5000 credit.
