I am rejecting this response because:The owner knew the dress was damagedAs soon as my wife and I walked in to pick up the dress, the employees had marked the spots of the damaged dress with stickersI have pictures to
proof that.The owner kicked me out of the store, and refused to tell me his name and the name of the owner.I recorded this insident on video if you wish to see itIn it, he uses racial slurs to meI HAVE IT ON VIDEOHow can he say this is a claimThe very next day was our wedding if someone wants a copy of my marriage certificate.I also have a receipt from Cinderella's cleaners showing my dress pick up the day before.In the end my wife and I paid for an expedited cleaning service and we did not received that service.The owner didn't refund the money for the servicesplus the dress was distroyed.I want this owner accountable for thisI don't want this to happen to anyone elsePlus racism is unacceptableSpecially towards a customer.If he doesn't refund the services and pays for this dress, I will take my video of his racist slurs and give it to the local news.There, he will have the opportunity to respond to a reporter in front of the camera.But the video of him will air on the local news
