THIS PLACE OFFERS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY RUN YOUR CREDIT WITHOUT ASKING. SOUHEIR "THE FINANCIAL MANAGER' SWEARS TO YOU SHE IS NOT RUNNING YOUR CREDIT, SHE IS JUST GETTING YOU NUMBERS. THEY POST ON THEIR WEBSITE A PRICE FOR A CAR, AND WHEN YOU GET THERE THAT IS THE DOWN PAYMENT. YET YOU CALL AND SPEAK TO THEM AND THEY SAY YES THAT IS THE PRICE, THEN THEY WANT TO BLAME IT ON THEIR CALL CENTER WHICH DOES NOT EXIST.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SCAM, FRAUD AND LIARS!!

Review: I found a Nissan Armada online for sale 3999$ I called four times to make sure of price and availability before I left ct because I had to travel with two children under age 2 and a pregnant wife this was explained to the sales man I talked with to get to the dealer and be told I must be special to think the price is 3999 it is now 11000 for the 2004 armada I was talked down to wasted 50$ in gas and toll money as well the worst car buying experience of my lifeDesired Settlement: To stop using false advertising to get people into a less then nice establishment

While searching online for a used car for my daughter, who is about to go to college, I saw that this dealer had a 2006 Ford Escape, with 137K miles, listed for $2,999.

Since that was a fair market price for that vehicle from all sources at my disposal, I went to the dealer with my daughter to inspect the vehicle. When we got there, we were taken to the rear lot (where the less expensive vehicles are), and shown the vehicle. It was in really good condition,with no visible or audible mechanical defects.

When I walked to the rear of the car, I noticed a "price sheet", that listed the price of the car at $6,599!! When I asked the person showing me the car what was the deal with that sheet, he said "I don't know the price.....Talk to the finance guy". That was my first sign of trouble.

When we went to speak to the "finance guy", we were told that he could "let me have the car for $6,000"!!! Completely flabbergasted, I said that the price he has advertised on MULTIPLE online sites is $2,999........to which he responded "Oh, that's just the "finance price", to get you to come down here".......I'm NOT kidding - he ACTUALLY said THAT!!

At that point, my daughter and I immediately left the dealership,to the "finance guy" repeatedly saying "Sorry we can't do business today".

It's one thing to overtly overprice a vehicle......it's something entirely different to FALSELY advertise a price that's less than 50% of what you're actually "claiming" is the selling price.

Review: On cargurus they advertised a 2004 Subaru legacy for $1299.00 ( I have pictures of the ad ). I inquired because I am very interested. I called today Monday morning 09/**/15,spoke to a lady and asked if the car is still available as advertised? She said yes but $1299.00 is the down payment and the cost of the car is $4500.00 . I told her that's not what the ad says and that's false advertising which they should not do.Desired Settlement: Cease all misleading ads because it's wasting consumers time and energy.

Review: This dealership falsely advertises car prices on line and over the phone. I called three different times before traveling from Baltimore, Maryland to purchase a vehicle advertised as $7995k only to find out that when I get to the dealership they have a sticker marked on it $21,995. I called the dealership number and spoke to Jose in front on the manager Eric at and I asked what was the asking price only for him to repeat what's posted on line as the asking price. The manager Eric just stood there not knowing what to do or say. While I was there a few people from Boston, Massachusetts were there and and local couple was there with the same complaint. There are multiple complaints online about this issue I'm complaining about. This was a waste in bus and hotel expensives just to leave extremely mad and disappointed.Desired Settlement: Delivery of described prices advertised online. Or expenses returned for wasted time.

Review: I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS BUSINESS FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND HUMILIATION. THEY HAD A CAR ADVERTISED FOR $7995 - A 2012 NISSAN MAXIMA WITH 63K MILES ON IT. I CALLED THEM 5 TIMES AND INQUIRED ABOUT THE PRICE AND THE CONDITION. I EVEN CONFIRMED IF IT HAD A CLEAN TITLE OR SALVAGE OR SOMETHING. THE EXPLANATION GIVEN TO ME OVER THE PHONE WAS, " MADAM, WE BUY CARS FROM AUCTION ALL THE TIME SO SOMETIMES WE GET A BETTER DEAL FROM THERE AND THAT'S WHY WE WOULD EVEN HAVE OUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THAT BENEFIT AND THAT'S THE REASON WE ARE SELLING IT FOR THIS PRICE. ALSO IT HAS A CLEAN TITLE AND EVERYTHING IS PERFECT WITH THE CAR AND WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU TO COME." I CALLED 5 TIMES BEFORE DRIVING THERE AND EVEN MENTIONED THAT I AM DRIVING ALL THE WAY FROM RIVERHEAD TO BROOKLYN. I TOOK OFF FROM WORK AND WASTED MY TIME MONEY AND ENERGY TO DRIVE THERE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE CAR PRICED OVER THERE WAS $18,000. THEY HAD IT ADVERTISED ON [redacted] AND EVEN THEIR OWN WEBSITE FOR $7995. WHEN I ASKED THE SALESMAN IN THE OFFICE HE SAID, " [redacted]" HE KICKED ME OUT OF HIS PERSONAL OFFICE AND EVEN KICKED ME OUT BY SAYING GET OUT FROM THE MAIN OFFICE IN FRONT OF 10 PEOPLE AND SHUT THE DOOR ON MY FACE AND LOCKED IT AND MOCKED ME WITH HIS CO-WORKERS AFTER ESCORTING ME. THIS WAS THE MOST HUMILIATING EXPERIENCE FOR ME. SO THIS IS A FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND ON TOP OF THAT HUMILIATION WAS CONDUCTED.Desired Settlement: I WANT AN OFFICIAL APOLOGY LETTER FOR PUBLIC HUMILIATION. ALSO, I WANT THE CAR FOR THE SAME PRICE AS ADVERTISED ON VARIOUS WEBSITES AND AS TOLD OVER THE PHONE. IN ADDITION, SINCE THE ADVERTISEMENT WAS MISLEADING AND FALSE, THEY SHOULD DISCONTINUE DECEIVING PEOPLE IN FUTURE.
