I am rejecting the business response because the information provided is not trueThe dealership was made aware of the tire problem because the indicator light was present at the time of purchaseI was reassured to come back and the problem would be corrected but it never wasI never hit a pothole and the vehicle was not driven in a manner to cause damage on the inside of the rim in such a short period of timeIf I caused the damage I am sure it would he been on the outside and not hidden on the inside of the rim out of view

I recently purchased a car from usa auto dealers september 29th, A Ford F and it was made clear to me that the truck was Maryland State Inspected recently (I have no proof of this after requesting it for over week.)I went to Sheehey Ford Service Depatment October 14th to get a Maryland State Inspection sticker and all of the existing problems I ask The USA auto Dealers about the day of the purchase (Park light on dashboard, the noise coming from the rear of the truck, rear the steering system going left or right whenever I hit a bump over 25mph and on the highway it is dangerously because the truck would go over into someone elses lane which can cause an accident, the driver and passenger seat storage sleeves on the rear of the seats where ripped,etc......)how unsafe became vividly clear Rear End needs repair Front suspension needs repair brake system needs repair I have a 30day warranty thats worded I have to pay half for parts and labor but the issue is it the vehicle has to go through state inspection to get tagsThe Service Manager stated the vehicle legally should not have passed state inspection Now I am waiting to take the truck back to USA Dealer for all the above repairs and everthing else that is wrong with it on October 20th They wont give me anything in writing after numerous request from me on every visit which it has been visits after purchaseI see true unproffesional business practices from this dealership

Sorry for your inconvenience, but if we owe a customer something as of service we have a contract that states what we owe you and it's called A WE OWEAs you have a copy of this as well at the time of sale it showed nothing else dueIf this was promised then it would have been written and we would
have honored it, but that is not the case hereFurther more you purchase this car on 07/26/Last message you showed me was on December between you and the Sam personal cell phone which brought to say to you if that we had owed you this why wait months to come in our showroom and ask for itSorry you feel this way but this is not something we can assist you withThe principal of this would be correct if you had it in writing which you do not.have a blessed day

My husband purchased a truck from what he THOUGHT to be an honest business Upon receipt of the truck, several issues came up and the truck had to be returned to the dealer for repairs that the dealer did end up paying; HOWEVER, vehicle was never ready An attempt was made to call the dealership, only to be told the person wasn't available Upon arriving at the dealership, the person of interested WAS IN! When 'manager' was confronted regarding these issues, he agreed that the vehicle was NOT SAFE to drive So why sell the vehicle?? Another unfortunate incident was that the writer basically WALK IN ON what was an altercation between the workers who appeared INTOXICATED!! Again, the vehicle wasn't ready It took a few weeks for the vehicle to be ready; if the vehicle was in good condition anyway, all of the back and forth would not have been necessary Recently, there was an issue with leaking of transmission fluid Not sure why or how this happens seeing as how this vehicle was purchased in the summertime Inspection of the vehicle did cover some cosmetic flaws (understandable as it is a truck), but not to COVproper maintenance of the vehicle!!! Totally dissatisfied with is dealership Will NEVER go there again!

Please see our previous responseThank you

This vehicle indeed did have a 30 day warranty to protect the engine and transmission only, customer came a few days later to complain about the check engine light, which we diagnosed and repaired for a faulty coil sensor which we then took to the Landrover dealershipto properly get the new coil...

flashed with the ECU of the car. at no point was there ever a discussion of tire sir issue or rims in any matter.A couple weeks later they called an said the tire blew out and threw a fit like it was our fault when the hit a pot hole with 22" very low profiletires that this car had on. customer was aware of the delicate driving needed with these tires, but care none because it looked good on it.As another good faith the GM offered them 150.00 towards a new tire which we had no responsibility on, yet we chose to go the extra milean offer up some help. but it seems that this customer won't be happy with anything we can do for them because they can not take ownershipof there new purchase and the added maintenance and service responsibility it comes with, so the blame us. if there was a previous issue with the rim why did it not happen to us when it was demo and driven home by the managers? why did it not blow the first day the drove off the lot?and why did it happen nearly 2 plus weeks later. Please be avised that we have done all we could and have gone above and beyond anything that was promised or not.

Review: Dealer advertise [redacted] Truck for $24,995 and sold the car for $27000 .$2000 above the price. When confronted he stated that it was a mistake and was going to refund the money and never did. He agreed to fixed several problems that existed with the vehicle and never did. Dealer is very dishonest and will not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am presently pursuing legal actions against this dealer. I advise this dealer does not service his cars, Please ask for service records, Avoid at all cost.Desired Settlement: I agreed for the dealer to fix that truck that he had for two weeks and he did not . He did not refund my money and we will have to settle this in court.
