This place is just awful. The women who owns it does not practice good business. While in the store itself, I asked for a statement with a balance remaining and this owners response was, " I don't feel like it right now try back later." It was not the first time that it has happened. Also, I have never received a single statement from this company. Its always a hassle and the owner is completely unprofessional.
Great service during the sale, and even better afterward. We had an issue with a truck we brought, and as soon as they knew about it - they got in contact with us, arranged and paid for it to be towed to the repair shop and went above and beyond their responsiblities in getting the situation fixed. They even got us a better interest rate after the fact. Highly recommend using them again.
