These people are such lairsI called left a message just after 10a.mbut no one returned my call until late afternoonBut before that I waited about an hour and a half after I called to call back and a very nice pleasant woman answered and when I inquired about the 'Lexus GS she told me the car was soldLater that day more like after 3p.mI received a call from one of the salesmanI told him I called earlier and was told the car was soldThe salesman told me no the car was still thereI told him I was no longer in that area because it was late and I was already back in [redacted] where I liveI told him I would come back out the next day to see the vehicle and he told me the car would be thereAbout an hour after that phone call I received another call from the same dealer but a different person assuring me the car was there after again of me telling him I was told by a female there the car was soldSo next day comes I was there one hour after they opened traveled from [redacted] the [redacted] bridge at $going and the [redacted] bridge at $on the return trip plus of course gasOnly to hear when I got there the car was sold the day before in the eveningThat's right during those phone calls they made to me you think a good business and common courtesy practice would be to call me back and tell me the car was soldRemember the nice lady in the beginning did say the car was sold so they knew the entire timeI believe they intended for me to come like I did and tell me oh yes the car was sold but is there anything else you would likeI asked the salesman why didn't you guys tell me the truth during one of their phone callsno reply from themI said to himKeep an eye out for a review I will post on every online car post you guys are onThe current bad reviews about these people are very trueTHESE GUYS ARE LAIRS AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS OR TRUSTED

So next day comes I was there one hour after they opened traveled from [redacted] the [redacted] bridge at $14 going and the [redacted] bridge at $16 on the return trip plus of course gas. Only to hear when I got there the car was sold the day before in the evening... That's right during those 2 phone calls they made to me you think a good business and common courtesy practice would be to call me back and tell me the car was sold. Bait and switch , post wrong prices to get you in ....when you call them on it , they tell you to get out..... Stay away....They are rip offs. They are complete liars and try to take advantage of the people that don't know any better. I am reporting them to the Revdex.com and I hope the government close this place down. Review: On Saturday March ** 2015 I saw an advertisement for a car I desired a 2007 Audi A6 on their website and [redacted] for the listed price of $7999 with a $2995 down payment. Upon arriving at the dealership I was told that my downpayment of $3500 was not enough to finance the vehicle. So after finally agreeing to put a down payment of $4500 and finally purchasing insurance through [redacted] I was handed a few documents and told to initial and sign them which I did. I thought the monthly payments of over $400 a month were a bit excessive but I know my credit is bad so I thought the APR was just very high on the loan. Upon going home that evening I looked at the invoice I was given and saw I was charged $14,500 prior to taxes and fees for the vehicle when the advertisement said $11,000I've been calling the dealership since Sunday morning and haven't received an answerDesired Settlement: I would deeply desire this dispute be corrected or I get my money back and take my business elsewhere

Review: I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and I had problems from the beginning.we were first told that wewere approved, and all we needed to do was bring the desired down payment for the selected vehicle. We flew to NYC from Southcarolina with a commitment that we would receive the vehicle hssle free.Upon arrival we were told that we weren't approved,and needed an additional $5,000.00 in order to receive the vehicle. Aftr hours of waiting I was able to be aproved and was told because I did'nt meet a certain criteria I was to pay an additional $5000 dollars than what was advertised on the website. I purchased a warranty for the vehicle that was to start after 30 days of having the vehicle.Well when I dove the vehicle home from New York I discovered that tere was issues with the headlights and to my understanding in The state of New York all mechanical issues involving light should properly work in order to pass state inspection. Well when I called the dealer they told me they are not responsible for any issues concerning the lighting of the vehicle, I was tod they only cvered the engine and transmission for the 30 days and then I would have to use my warranty. A week from that incident I discovered that I had a coolant leak and again I was told there was nothing they could do. I also had to wait for three months to receive plate ad registration for the vehicle because I was told that I needed to pay taxes out of pocket when it was included wth my down payment. I purchased this vehicle on 3-*-15 and I haven't received any information concerning my warranty which I am paying for yet and when I call the warranty company thy tell me that they have not received pyment from usa auto sales, who tells me I already sent tem the money. I have been calling there ever since April an everytime I get the run around they tell me my boss isnot her you have to call back and when I leave messages no oe returns my call.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the warranty active or I would like to have the thousand dollars that I paid for the warranty that I hve in writtng

In regards to claim with ID # [redacted], I would like to state that warranty is now active for customer to use and customer is aware of this fact. The delay was taken from the warranty and not from our end. We try to satisfy our customer and help any way possible. Thank you for your time and concern.

Review: I found this dealer through craigslist. [redacted] and I reached out to confirm they still had it. I spoke to [redacted] who confirmed the model, price, and availability.

I then drove 2 hours and paid tolls and parking to come buy it. After test all was said and done they told me the price was $9k and got rude when you question the price they advertise "Well its $9k or you're wasting my time, you can leave if you don't want to pay"

When you google their company (yelp or google) you see 95% of their reviews complain about this false advertising, (wish I did that before but thought false advertising was illegal)Desired Settlement: I would like you guys to help stop this business from wasting people's time. If false advertising is illegal I thought that's what the Revdex.com handles, if not please help point me in the right direction. As I said I'm not asking for my time or money back but I'd like to stop these jerks from doing this to others.

Review: This company is guilty of false advertising. The prices listed on both their website and cars.com are fake. They have a 2006 bmw 3 series listed at $3,999 I even called before visiting the dealership and was told over the phone that the price (BMW) is $3,999 however when I got there I was then told that this is only after putting a down payment of $5000. But I asked why isn't this explained on the website and why not explain it to the customer during the 5 minute phone call? The sales man actually agreed that it should have been then tried to sell it to me for more than twice the amount ($11,500) listed.Desired Settlement: That this company stop conning customers with its false advertising.
