Purchased Automobile on 6/13. Needed repair done on 2/14. Repair garage noticed that frame is rusted. Can not drive car - safety issue. On 6/7/13 I purchased A 2002 Subaru Impreza from USA Auto Service for [redacted] On 2/16/14 I hit a pothole and needed to have a strut replaced. At the repair shop I took it to it was noticed that the upper front frame to the vehicle is rusted / rotted to the point that the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I contacted USA Auto Service to complain that a vehicle's frame does not rust to the point of being unsafe in 8 month's (the time I have had the car). I asked the [redacted] if there was anything that could be done to fix this problem. [redacted] reply was that I would have to pay for the parts including replacement frame and he would not charge the labor to fix it. I feel that if you buy a vehicle for [redacted] it should last longer than 8 month's of being driven and that since the frame was rusted so bad it tells me that it was like that when I bought it. Desired SettlementAll I am looking for is that they pay for the cost of the replacement frame or a vehicle of equal value
