USA Bath harasses us to pay in full for a job not yet completed.
USA Bath demanded and got 1/2 pmt, $13750, to initiate ordering materials to do the project, March 28, 2025. We were assured installation would begin shortly. One lame excuse followed slights of hand, half-truth and outright lies. USA Bath harassed us for payment in full but there was no movement toward bath remodeling. Dates to begin installation were set and then cancelled to be reset and then postposed yet again. USA Bath continued to harass us for payment. Installation was somewhat completed July 10th, but the vanity top/sink is broken. A replacement we are told should be received about August 15. No date of installation of the replacement vanity top/sink is yet scheduled.
July 13th, we went to the Natomas Home Depot, where we signed the original contract, to complain face to face. We laid out our complaint in complete detail. We spent 45 minutes venting our frustration and dissatisfaction. The very next day we got another call from USA Bath demanding payment in full.
We have patronized this neighborhood Home Depot for projects large and small for nearly 30 years and expected and received excellent service. This trust and faith has been severely eroded. This USA Bath has been a very worrisome experience, and it is not yet resolved. Home Depot should never subject its customers to such a negative experience.
