Bought Bearings from them on Ebay, USPS lost the package so I filed a claim to get a refunda month and a half later the damaged package arrives with the end torn open and nothing in it, I tried to email the seller and they blocked me from contacting them?? So I called and left a message a couple of times, they would not let me talk to the person that handles the Ebay sales who is the owner Jo, they kept screening the calls, no reply, tried calling again and they blocked my phone number? Really? What kind of reputable business does that? I was just letting them know the damaged package arrived
It says right on the front of their webpage that the BEST customer service is their goal, sure doesn't appear to be that way
It wasn't my fault yet they seem to want to blame me the customerI was a repeat customer and have bought from them many times but not anymore, there are way too many bearing suppliers out there that have better support, their loss

I recently ordered, and recieved in good order, several belts for my garden tractorI installed a belt as I have done a dozen times before (or so I thought) only to have it balk, smoke, and begin to disintegrateI called USA belts and left an angry message on their voice mail and received a return call from a gentleman at USA bearings and belts who asked, very nicely if he could help...I wish I could say I returned the civility but I don't think I didLong story short the belt was exactly to spec and performed as advertized...it was my installation that was faulty...and, of course, my approach to USA beltsWould I recommend USA Bearings and Belts to a friend, family member, nieghbor or colleague? Absolutely! Would I blame them if they refused to sell me a belt again? Absolutely not!
