Love this site Bought several things for my family for Christmas on this site, and have purchased from them in the past I really like their gift collections, It's hard to shop for my father in law and my brothers in laws, and I was able to get them really cool and unique gifts this yearI bought the Gentleman's collection for them

I was googling Burke Decor for coupons and my search came up with the Revdex.com Sad to read some of the reviews I have only ever had positive experiences with this company I love their Sagaform collection, and their Thomas Paul collection

I ordered items online - a soap dispenser and a mugI was super excited, as I just moved and was eager to decorate my placeIt took days for one of the items to shipAnother week to get hereSecond item I got charged for never arriver, never received an email about itI am assuming it just got forgottenCalled customer service today to ask about it and even though I was told it will be resolved..girl on the phone did not bother to introduce herself or acknowledge any responsibility on behalf of the companyVery disappointing customer service and overall experience

Terrible (practically non-existent) communication and that needed to be initiated with meNo problem for my payment to be accepted, though! Ordered Robert Adler lamp knowing from other sites that shipping could take 4-weeksNever received a confirmation email about order until I followed up about weeks laterI got reply with an order number and reminding me that Adler lamps ship times were 4-weeks
During that time I never heard back from Burke DecorAfter nearly weeks, I contacted (by email) Burke Decor twice before getting a responseWas told they would get back to me in hoursI waited for hours to pass and then emailed againReceived an email from *** a few minutes later stating that she was waiting to hear back from Robert AdlerI followed up with an email canceling the orderThe next day, I got an email from *** stating that Robert Adler said that the lamp was backordered until AprilRidiculous

I have placed several orders with Burke Decor and have found their delivery time to be accurate, product stellar and my overall experience fantastic. It's a virtual shop I love shopping for myself and others at. Great sales year round. Which is a bonus.

I placed an online order with Burke Decor for a white lighthouse oil lamp (size small) for $[redacted]. Three days later, I was notified that they no longer had the item (why could I order it?). I asked immediately for a refund and was told it was submitted to accounting. Sixty (60) days later, I had not been credited for the item ($[redacted]). I filed a dispute through my credit card company. The refund was made three days later. My issues 1) selling items that are not available 2) sitting on peoples money for excessive time without making proper refunds 3) Lying and miscommunicating about refunds and 4) sending a bogus refund invoice instead of processing the credit to my credit card. The entire transaction seemed like a scam from the very beginning. Too bad, looked like they could have had nice items, but selling things that they don't have is stealing !!!

On 12/12, I ordered a purse (intended as a Christmas present) from Burke Decor online. Burke charged my card same day, but never shipped the purse. When I called on 12/23, the voicemail message claimed that my call would be returned within an hour. I left 3 voice messages and sent 3 emails, none of which were responded to by Burke. My fourth phone attempt was finally answered by a (rude) customer service agent who did not care that I was ignored and informed me that the purse had not been received by Burke hence the delay. A week or so later, a Burke rep called to inform me that the purse was no longer available (despite being advertised as such and charging my card for the same) and offered me a different purse. As of 2/4, I am STILL waiting for a response and, more importantly, a refund for the Christmas purse that I NEVER received. Burke Decor is impossible to deal with.

I have ordered from BurkeDecor since the company went online in 2007. My husband says "I am addicted to this site." YES I am! One of the reasons I am a frequent, repeat customer is the service is outstanding, as in the their product line. When I have needed clarification on an item (color,durability, or simply an honest opinion on an item), I have spoken with a knowledgeable, polite staff member. How refreshing to work with someone who has a pleasant demeanor. BurkeDecor is my go to shop for decor, gifts, and wedding presents. I have recommended this company to many friends who agree with my opinion.
