On 12/12, I ordered a purse (intended as a Christmas present) from Burke Decor onlineBurke charged my card same day, but never shipped the purseWhen I called on 12/23, the voicemail message claimed that my call would be returned within an hour I left voice messages and sent emails, none of which were responded to by BurkeMy fourth phone attempt was finally answered by a (rude) customer service agent who did not care that I was ignored and informed me that the purse had not been received by Burke hence the delayA week or so later, a Burke rep called to inform me that the purse was no longer available (despite being advertised as such and charging my card for the same) and offered me a different purseAs of 2/4, I am STILL waiting for a response and, more importantly, a refund for the Christmas purse that I NEVER receivedBurke Decor is impossible to deal with

One of the reasons I am a frequent, repeat customer is the service is outstanding, as in the their product lineWhen I have needed clarification on an item (color,durability, or simply an honest opinion on an item), I have spoken with a knowledgeable, polite staff memberHow refreshing to work with someone who has a pleasant demeanorBurkeDecor is my go to shop for decor, gifts, and wedding presentsI have recommended this company to many friends who agree with my opinion
