WINDOWS GEERALLY TAKE TWO WEEKS TO COME IN. THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDERED WINDOW SO YES IT WILL TAKE 2-3 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.
[redacted]

I, the homeowner who was home, did not authorize this service. It was signed by my ex-son in law and gave my 19 yr old grandson as the contact. This company wrote an "order form" that is unreadable and when called for a proper invoice, said they would mail it out. It was never received. "Donna" said they do not give quotes over the phone for a window replacement, but will send me the new invoice...2 weeks later, no invoice was received.

this co needs to be shut down immediately. I have waited for window repair for 6 weeks. my window fell out on Sunday from my 2nd floor condo onto the ground. I was told that NOTHING was ever done, the last 6 weeks. All workers/techs have been fired and too bad so sad. I was hung up on, lied to, and told for the last 3 days someone would be out. I paid $480.00 and my window is boarded up/empty and the actual window and frame is now destroyed. all I needed originally was new hardware. The daughter told me that Daddy owner would be very upset that I was yelling at her and he couldn't be reached because he was out fighting a house on fire. guess he is a fireman/glassman that carries windows and hoses in the truck. This is fraud, ripoff, and horrible expensive experience. they need to be removed from business.

Dear Revdex.com,
We told Mrs. [redacted] not to wait in her car, we informed her that out tech would call one hour before arriving to her home. She insisted on waiting in her car, in turn when I told her that our men would be arriving at her home in 15 minutes she suddenly had a appointment. She...

disrupted out office at least 10 times, out men had a emergency job for the City of Chicago, I understand that she is important also , but So is The John Hancock building.I am sorry for her inconvience.

us away. The $225 was a deposit on materials for this job, which were ordered and paid for prior to the appointment. We were ready to complete the job, but were asked to leave before we could even attempt to do so.

We absolutely apologize for the scheduling mishap. and tried to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. We ordered the glass, and upon installation, found that the glass was not the correct size, due to manufacturing error. When Mr. [redacted]...

called our office and spoke to [redacted], he proceeded to scream loudly and repeatedly used foul language. She ended the call by telling him to calm down and call back. No one was laughing- he was extremely loud, abusive, and rudely refused to let her say anything, just continued talking over her. When he called back, we told him we would re-order the window immediately, and he agreed that he wanted the job completed. When the window came in a week later, we called to schedule the installation, he started screaming that he wanted a refund for the deposit. The deposit covers materials, and the materials were ready, but he refused to allow us to install. If Mr. [redacted] would like the window he has paid for, we would be more than happy to deliver it to him. We agree that this could have been handled in a more organized manner, but do not feel that Mr. [redacted] explained the situation to the fullest extent.

I absolutely cannot recommend this company to anyone in need of window glass replacement. They quoted me false/incorrect order-to-installation times, they measured the windows wrong, their "RUSH" order to fix the measuring error is actually taking longer than a regular order, I've been repeatedly promised call backs that never happen and over a month later and multiple phone inquiries, the job is still not complete. At the time of this posting, I still have no resolution.

I needed the glass in two windows replaced. After the sent someone out to measure, I was quoted $596 total, with half paid up front. I was told it would take 7-10 days for the glass to arrive and then they would install in a day or two. On 6/2/16 I paid the deposit and the glass was ordered.

Two weeks later I was called and told that they would set up an install for over a week away--not a "day or two" as I was told. When I inquired as to why I was told one thing and experiencing another, I was given the response: "Well, we are a lot busier now then when we ordered your glass." This didn't make sense to me; it would seem that glass orders should correspond fairly predictably to the installations they are being ordered for. Other than expressing my dissatisfaction at the communication I'd received, there was nothing I could do at that point.

Installation day, 6/22, finally arrived and the installers learned that half of the glass had been measured incorrectly. They were only able to install one of the two windows. When I called the office, I received an apology, but there was nothing they could do to fix the problem at that time. I was told there would be a "rush" put on the revised glass order and they would have their installers out asap once it arrived. I should have asked how much faster "rush" was than "normal" speed.

On the morning of 6/28, I hadn't heard anything, so I called to find out the status of the install and was told the glass would be in "next week." I indicated that this timeframe was not acceptable. The receptionist promised me a call back from the person who handles the glass. At 4pm on Thursday 6/29, I still had not received that call back. So, I called them again and I and expressed my deep frustration at this poor customer service in addition to terrible performance as a company. The person who handles the glass had already left for the day and I was, again, promised a call back the next day. It did not happen.

Today is July 5. I called this morning at 9am to inquire again about the installation status. I had to repeat my name and my address. I was informed that the "glass is not here, but it *should* arrive on the truck today." I was repeatedly PROMISED a call back at noon to verify that the glass indeed had arrived on the truck. It is now 6:15pm. I did not receive any call today. At this point I am at a loss as to how to proceed. If anyone is able to provide me with advice, I would be very grateful.

IF WE DO NOT HAVE PEOPLES GLASS WE CANT INSTALL IT.  O ONE HAS CALLE DOUT  OFFICE 8 TIMES FOR ANYTHING.
WE DO NOT GIVE DEPOSTS BACK ON CUSTOM ORDERS. HOWEVER WHEN WE GET THE GLASS WE WILL INSTALL IT.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am...

rejecting this response because: This company is very unprofessional. I did call a lot because Donna told me when the glass would be in and when I never received a call I would call. Donna in fact hung up on me. This is no way to treat a customer and there is a reason they have 12 bad reviews on [redacted]
Sincerely,
[redacted]
