Bad check received from USA Bus Charter for Charter Bus transportation that we provided for a group. USA Bus Charter, Chuck avoids contact and they are refusing to solve this matter. We provided 2 charter buses in the Charleston Area for the Catholic group along with 5 other buses and they sent us a bad check. They are avoiding my calls, Chuck refers you to Steve, Steve refers you to Spencer and all I am getting is the run around. I need my $3500.

As I've stated in the past, USA Bus's credit card holder does not have the funds anymore, when the return was done to the credit card on file, the funds were removed from USA Bus's account.
 
Please allow me the time to go to accounting and have them see if there is ANY WAY we can get these funds back, to issue a refund check. Without the funds coming back to us, we cannot issue a refund check.

I am responding to complaint ID# [redacted], this complaint was regarding a refund of $400.00 for a deposit on a bus charter that was later canceled. 
This deposit was made with a Visa ending in [redacted], the customer requested a check be issued for the deposit or credited to another...

persons credit card and was advised that we could only issue a refund on the credit card that was charged. 
On 6/4/14 a refund for $400.00 was issued to the credit card ending in [redacted] was approved and taken from our account. After receiving this complaint our accounting department contacted our bank to see if the funds had been returned to us and were advised that they were not.  
USA did issue a refund to this customer, and the customer's credit card provider did take the funds. I suggest the customer contact their bank and inquire where those funds were put.
I do apologize for how long it took to process this refund, we consider this issue to be resolved.
