I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Even if they refuse to refund the original machineThey are still refusing to sell us a new machineThis machine is required for an educational program and they are the authorized vendorTheir refusal to sell us the machine was my primary complaint and this is not addressed in their response.

UPS has completed
their tracer for the button
machine shipped on September 15, which they claimed they did not receive. Their findings were that the machine was signed for with a second package which contained the additional button component sets which they acknowledged they did receive
UPS researched multiple other packages to this location shipped by other companies and found that this same signature was found for other packages which were received. According to UPS, this person is a valid signer at this location. Since they have a valid signature for the package acknowledging receipt they have confirmed delivery and refused to pay a claim on the package. We have reviewed the findings and confirmed that we will not be sending any products in regard to this claim

Review: I ordered button maker from the company. I did not receive the button maker. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and USA Buttons is conducting their investigation into the delivery. However, they refuse to sell and ship me a new button maker.Desired Settlement: I would like to purchase a new button maker.
