During this incident, the driver of the vehicle had a car turn quickly in front of his vehicle from another lane to where he needed to hit the brakes to avoid the collision in front of him. All of our vehicles are inspected daily for road-readiness and this particular vehicle does not have any lights out, nor was a service request filled out to get any repaired.
