I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Yes I did test Drive the vehicleAfter the test drive I discussed with your mechanic the grinding sound, the heated seat, and a ticking sound in the engineThe response I received was the grinding was from new brakes and rotors, you would look at the heated seats, ticking soundYes I requested a key, which I paid for, and key fobs.And as you know the key fobs would not program at your shopYou had me take the vehicle to a larger dealership on 2/21/to have them programmed, that dealership said they were cheap and only could get one to workThe tire sensor alarm went off on day of purchase, 2/13/17, which I sent picture to salesmanTimestamp on the picture was minutes after purchase, which is exact time from your dealership to my drivewayI did nothing but drive it homeWhen I brought it back on 2/20/for the grinding, key fobs, tire sensor alarm, I was told you reset the sensor it was fineYou found the grinding to be bad differential bearingsWhich yes you replaced thank youI then sent a message on 2/21/regarding alarm for low coolant leaking coolant and tire sensor going offI did not get a response I called the following day and that's when the argument happened between usYes I lost my cool because of statements that were made to me about checking blinker fluid and there was nothing wrong with the tiresRegarding the week, 2/27/17-3/3/17,that you had the vehicle for repairsI provided a list of the issues,alarms and concerns I was havingI never received a call, I called your shop on Wednesday 3/1/17,questioning progressRegarding the radiator I was never told one was ordered and it would be two days outWhen I had called after my vehicle had been at your shop for two days I was told the used radiator you put in was leaking so you need to get a new oneThere was no mention of it being two daysI proceeded to call your shop on Friday 3/3/and was told it would be ready by The heated seats are a matter of opinion I guess the drivers one does not even get warmAnd when that was brought up at time of purchase I was told you replaced the switchThen when I brought it up again I was told you put in a used switch so it must've been bad alsoNow you're telling me the seat is fineThe abuse of the vehicle statements are completely falseI am a 43-year-old hospice nurse and grandmother and I drive to workI did not and have never purposely damage a vehicleI do not drive off road I drive on highways and city roads to see my patientsThe claims of slander are ridiculous and untrueMy boyfriend wrote a review of our experience on your FacebookWithout my knowledge but From my understanding his friend wrote regarding "her friend"experiences not her own, she made it very clear she had never purchased from youEveryone is allowed their opinion and are able to voice itThere was no slander involved only opinions and my personal experiencesYou told me you were not going to fulfill the warranty because of the review you receivedThe warranty in our paperwork was bumper to bumper except cosmetic repairsThere is nothing childish about any of thisIt's about honoring and fulfilling a warrantyAlso treating a customer with respect is best policy for any company.

We appoligize that you are unhappy with your purchase, However your claims and rants are very falsesatedYou test drove the vehilce prior to purchase and said that the heated seat did not work and that you wanted another keyWe got those handled for youThe heated seat does work, we all used it
and verifiyed that it does get hot then it goes into a cold down and then heats up again this is for any heated seatAs the grinding issues looked as signs of abuse of the vehicleHowever even though neglect is not covered under warranty we stayed two hours after our closing time to complete the repairs for youI dont know many dealerships that would do that alone for their customersThe repairs labor and parts that we cover are all free of charge as well keep in mindAs for the TPMS the over inflation alarms are going off because of the neglications of your boyfriendThe vehicle is designed to go off the recommended tire pressure for the vehicle printed on a sticker in the driver side door jamHe keeps inflating the tires to the Tire Manufactors (MAX PRESSURE) which the vehicle is working great and also telling you that this practice is incorrect and to deflate the tires back down to the recommended presuresAs for the radiator We can clearly tell that has also been abuse to the vehicle as you can clearly see that something the vehicle hit cause the radiator at the bottom to peel back and breakThis abuse should also not have been covered under our wear and tear warrantyHOWEVER we went ahead to take care of that for you free of charge alsoWe stated that we had to order a radiator in and that would be two days outWe did not have the vehicle for the duration you are stating and we no longer can honor our warranty to you due to the Facts of shown abuse and negligance on your behave of the vehilceAs far as you being unhappy and trying to slander against our business and our good name despite every attempt to make you happy just seems childish at this point and we will not put up for unfair claims.
