he *** Family has done business with us for quite some times, all of our past business dealings were graded an A+ with no issues of any sizeThey have bought cars here for mother, dad, and daughter, This Complaint comes to us with such a surprise and completely out of the structure for
this family.October 05, The *** family came in and purchased one Chrysler PT Cruiser mile unit for their daughter, They ask if we could take back in for trade, one Hyunda Accent mile unit that they had purchased from us back in February, 19, also for their daughter on our buy here pay here programThe ***'s made payments on time and on schedule on this unit before we took it back in on tradeUpon inspection we noticed that the car had been in some sort of front in collision due to all of the damage on fender, hood, and bumper coverThey owed $on this unit for title release; we showed them $750,monies down with a deferred down payment of $on the new bank contract, Note; the $was never received.Not really sure what happened to the Chrysler PT Cruiser but on October 10th they brought it back with a noise coming from the engine, after our mechanic had it on the rack and check it out, his findings were a belt pulley bearing that was weak, he also said with the mileage it would be wise to change the timing beltsWith this class of cliental we did the right thing, we bought the complete belt kit that includes a brand new water pump and had it installed, Total cost to us $parts and $300,laborThe ***s was fine with our maintenance on their unit and drove off with the car,On the 3" of November *** *** and her daughter brought the car back in with damage to the front sway bar link, looks to be that some sort of impact pulled the end bushings from the retainers and forced the sway bar link to the rear of the unit, lessica also that she had found a new piece of clean TV coax cable that had the sway bar tied up to the underside of the unit.We found it hard to believe that a new piece of clean coax cable with rio kinks would have ever been under that unitThe sway bar is in the reverse position which means it did a tumble under the unit after impact or while noving forward.*** ask if we would fix the unit and we said that we would be glad to take a look at itShe said that she would let us know and at that point she left the dealership and left the unit setting out front of the dealership. Much to our surprise *** lead us to believe that she wanted that unit looked at and possibly fixed by our dealership, However on November 14, a member of the Westlake Financial Services (a subprime bank that is on our user list) call our dealership stating that *** *** had call them stating that our dealership had possession of their Chrysler cruiser and basically there was no way that she was paying for itThe first payment of $was never made to *** *** ***On October 05, *** and *** *** signed a legal and binding retail installment andsecurity agreement contract with USA ChoppersThis sales agreement states and protects our dealership from these types of Consumer base or behaving according to the principles of equality and justice,On the same date; *** and *** *** did sign the buyer's guide, which states that the vehiclethat they purchased on the 5" day of October from USA Choppers was in fact sold to them(*** and *** ***) NO WARRANTYAt this point USA Choppers feels like *** and *** *** are responsible for the contract thatboth willingly *** and *** signed on October 05, 2016Regards,USA Choppers *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ***
