I spent more time cleaning my bathroom after the technician used it than the total time the technician was in the house cleaning. The tech used the shower for hot water access, but left soil, dirt and rocks in the shower. The bucket splashed water onto various areas in the bathroom. He did not clean it nor even offer to clean it.

The shadiest part of this business transaction was him asking "how do you intend to pay? Do you have cash?" And I said yes. The phone representative quoted 3 rooms for 89.99, and I said "So it's around $90 right?" He reaction was the most concerning- he reacted as though he wasn't expecting that price. I gave him the cash and he immediately left without filling out and giving me a copy of any sort of receipt. I believe I overpaid and he pocketed the money, and will not report it to the company.

My basement flooded on a Sunday. I called several companies and this was the first one that could come out. Omri came out and gave me a quote. Since I had no idea how much this kind of service cost and couldn't get hold of my insurance company, I agreed. The water was extracted and carpet and pad removed, but the baseboards were not removed and the carpet tackboard was left also. He didn't bring blowers and a dehumidifier until the next day. Discovered that the dehumidifier he brought was just a normal one, not a commercial one for water damaged rooms and only brought 2 blowers. Contacted the company to get their equipment as I hired a new one and asked for a refund of what they didn't do. They are only willing to refund me for the dehumidifier and blowers and not the antimicrobial they claim to have applied. They are trying to charge $990 for antimicrobial that costs about $25 at ***! I also have video cameras that show each time they came in my house and what they were carrying and not once did he have a spray bottle. They claim they applied it, but I have had several professionals inspect the area (and my insurance adjuster) and it was not done. They are only willing to refund half the cost of the treatment, but it was not done at all so I refuse to pay for it. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and will be contacting a lawyer if this is not resolved soon. This company does not provide the services they claim and preys on people who are in bad situations.

I paid for a carpet cleaning service from this company. Not only did my service not turn out good but it is in worse condition than before they came. I have reached out to the company repeatedly And they will not help with the situation I asked for a refund and they keep telling me they have to check with the technician I spoke with the technician and he said it’s nothing he can do that the office has to handle it from here I am getting the runaround and I do not appreciate it I also asked for the job to be redone they told me they do not have a technician to come out and redo the job this is a very unprofessional company and they take your money without providing a service no area in my house was clean when they left it was worse than before they start and they will not help with the situation I asked for a refund and they keep telling me they have to check with the technician I spoke with the technician and he said it’s nothing he can do that the office has to handle it from here I am getting the runaround and I do not appreciate it I also asked for the job to be redone they told me they do not have a technician to come out into the job this is a very unprofessional company and they take your money without providing a service no area in my house was clean when they left it was worse than before they started

This dispute is for a billing issue. They charged more than I authorized to my credit card.

This situation was that my water heater burst and they came out to re mediate and water damage and dry the basement. They promised that they would provide a formal damage report that I could submit to the insurance company for reimbursement.

I paid $2006 to start the work. They came and removed carpet and drywall and set up dehumidifiers fans. After three days, they removed the equipment and called for payment but they never provided a damage report that I could submit to the insurance company. At that time, I authorized the balance of my deductible with the instructions that I would release the rest of the payment once I got damage report and the insurance company sent me a check for the their services. The insurance company advised me to only pay up to the deductible.

I then started getting text messages that they were consulting with their attorney and that needed to pay. I reminded them that they needed to send me the damage report. They acted as though they didn't know what I was talking about.

This morning when I checked my credit card statement, they had charge me the entire amount, $1582 more than I had authorized.

If you choose to do business with this company, do not pay with credit card. They have no qualms about disregarding your instructions and charging whatever they like.

This company is the worst! I hired them to clean a sectional. Their CS told me it would be $109. When the service man got here he said the is only for a sofa that is 3-4 mos old. How ridiculous is that expectation! He said it needed a deep cleaning and the minimum was $160. I was in a pinch so I said to go ahead. He then said they don't do the pillows only the base - ultimately he did the pillows. He spilled solution in a few places, told me it would dry - it did but it dried with big yellow stains. The sectional and pillows also dried with ugly 'railroad' marks on each one and they didn't come out with brushing. I had 6 calls with them including with some manager named Ahmed, who was rude and uncooperative. They said they would not fix their work just refund my money. When I spoke to another company they said obviously they didn't know what they were doing. Given the fabric is chenille it needs to be combed and fluffed when it was dry. The stains remain so I will hire someone to work this out! Stay clear of them!
