I am rejecting this response because: Mostly because it is all untrueI have attached a couple of photos to prove whay their sales rep told meI was told I would receive the product in business daysI was told the out the door, final price of $1,395, which he confirmed they do not collect tax in Tennessee I have sent the product backThe item arrived very dirty, filters clogged and the pressure system did not workTheir website says it gets thoroughly cleanedSee attached screenshotAlso, they referenced the to weeks on their websiteThe website currently says to weeks on that particular itemThis changes with stockSome items currently say ready to shipThe sales rep said the item was ready to ship and I would have it in days, also in the screenshotThis was not trueThey dais they were sending someone out to fix it, that never happenedThey refunded some of the moneyI finally had enough and returned it and had the bank reverse the charges I don't need anything else from them, but want others to know what kind of company they are dealing with
