on delivery 1 of 2 containers was total junk at my cost

I ordered a “new” water and air tight container. Was delivered a leaking container. Not something that can be patched due to the location of the dent around the door frame. They took an entire week to communicate that they have no intention of honoring the promised condition of their product.

A good company would pressure their suppliers to deliver quality products. This company does not care about their reputation and does not stand by their product.

Go to a local shipping container yard and choose one yourself. Do not trust these immoral people with your business. I learned the hard way and will be filing in small claims court.

This is version two of a previous container MLM called ***. Look up their reviews on Revdex.com. This company leadership deceptively chose the name USA container. The majority of the staff and CEO are Romanian. Also the staff is partially located in Eastern Europe. To confirm look up their profiles on LinkedIn. You will also see they are all former employees of *** (again read the reviews). If your intent is to support a local or even US-based company this is not it.
Regarding their products and service . USA containers are brokers who never see or touch the items they are selling. This company will not because they are brokers trying to sell you a container you will not want. History will repeat itself and this MLM will likely face the same end.
I purchased a container in Frisco TX. It arrived with holes. Their offer was to send a patch kit that I had to install. I bought another from a local vendor that allowed payment on delivery. You should buy from a vendor that allows payment on delivery. It a strong indicator of trust and reputation

Great experience with USA Containers from the first contact until the final delivery and placement. Heidi was very professional and helpful. She answered our questions and stayed in contact thru the entire process. The delivery driver was in contact until the final placement. Everyone was friendly and personable. I would recommend them, very highly and will probably do business again in the future.

I got a 8'x20' container was delivered two days late. I didn't inspect because it was delivered to me on a ramp truck,that was 11 ft to the top of the container. Driver dropped container not wear I wanted it. I then looked over the container dents rust doors were very hard to open. I sent pictures and found after a storm it has a hole in roof. Let them know and blame it on me for not inspecting the container,before I sign the paper work for container. So it cost my labor and 500.00 to fix it. Don't buy from them,take your money and look at it first, local seller.

Our sales lady Sara was very kind and helpful. She answered all my questions and stayed in contact with us through whole process from sell to ensuring delivered product was great.

I ordered a container from them and it was delivered and looked good when I got I. I put items inside it and went to close the doors and they would NOT latch! I thought it might be because it was not level, so I then leveled the container and it still would not latch, so I contacted the company. It was warranted to be leak and rodent proof, and with the doors not latching it was NOT! They started to give me the run around and after over a month, they now will not help me! They told me they would replace it if not leak proof and now they say they will not!
I want it rplaced with one that will latch and be able to lock to keep my things in it.

Solid container for a good price. The delivery driver was outstanding. He put the 20 ft container right where I needed it!!!

On December 5, 2019, I purchased a 9 X 40 shipping container from USA Containers, represented by Andrei P (who in later correspondence identified himself as USA Container President). Due to inclement weather conditions in the Beckley, WV area at that time, it was agreed that delivery would be postponed until improved weather conditions.

On or around June 2, 2020, I contacted Andrei P to advise that I was ready to take delivery and Mr. P agreed delivery would be arranged. On June 3, 2020, I received an email from Mr. P stating that the container had left their facility and that he was told by the trucking company, Expedited Conex, that the container had been delivered. No dates for shipment or delivery were provided by Mr. P, but I have NOT received delivery of a container. Via email I informed Mr. P that delivery has not been made and requested that my container be delivered ASAP. Mr. P's response, again via email, was that he would conduct an investigation and hoped to have results of the investigation by mid-July. I can't imagine why it would take so long to track down the container so I'm dubious of his "excuses" for why I haven't received the container, for which I paid $2,565 via credit card. I can provide the reference number on the credit card transaction if that is needed.

Liv H did a excellent job in the sales department. Everything from her sale to the delivery was as stated. I ordered a used 40' HC and received just that. I'll be using her again and highly recommend her to friends and family.

We had a great experience ordering our container. All our questions were answered quickly and the container is in excellent condition. Thank you for helping us with our move. I would recommend this company.

A great experience. Delivered on the day requested (saturday) awesome customer serivce through facebook on Saturday even though the office was closed. Definitely no complaints.

Do not keep promises made to refund total amount. Have email confirmation for full refund and still they keep 150 because they could have delivered on 3 in rain day. Shady company

I am very pleased with my dealings with USA Containers. I had Kate M who was extremely helpful, there was not a question that I asked that I did not get a full answer on. Everything was truthful an did exceed my expectations. I have already told others friends an coworkers an will continue to let them know about the positive experience I have had with USA Containers. In the future I do plan on going through USA an using Kate's help.
