I am highly upsetI had ordered two pairs of Dawg brand shoes in size in the pastBoth of those pairs of shoes fit fineI ordered the Mary Janes in size They did not fitThey were scuffed too when I received themI returned themI knew I would lose the $if they did not fit (but I thought they would fit)The shoes did not fitSo I sent them back Now I am charged $due to feesThis is not right at allI will no longer buy Dawgs brand shoes if I am not credited the $and some change that I am dueIt is not fair to only return $and some change Please do the right thing and credit me the amount ($and change minus the $fee)Thanks

A very disappointing experience after being their customer for 3 years.I've been a fan of their shoes for years and got the whole family to wear them including wife, kids, parents and in laws with $100s of dollars spent on their summer and winter footwear. Last week I thought I would try one of their newer products instead of the ones we usually get and that for some reason wasn't comfortable at all. I simply requested a return shipping label and a full refund as they had ran out of stock on the ones I normally purchase. I got my refund today short $6 for return shipping. I sent them an email asking why I would pay to return something that wasn't comfortable and didn't fit in the first place and I was simply shut down with a "thats our return policy" nothing we can do for you here. This is very disappointing. And don't get me wrong, this is not about $6 but rather about keeping a long time customer happy. To cut this short, this is how you lose customers. Won't be returning to you ever

Ordered a size of shoe that arrived 1/shorter than stated in the size chart Bought Dawgs last year and all was fine Ordered several pair this year in the same size which is listed in their size chart for my foot size The shoes all arrived and are 1/shorter than last years shoes, they are also not as soft as advertised Now I must pay to return them and am afraid to order a larger size as I have no idea the length of the larger size either? This is crappy advertising/customer service/ and product manufacturing I don't even know if I will get my money back!

Boots were wrong size asked for exchange but got a refund minus shipping costs I ordered 13" microfiber boots on 1/5/and paid with debit card order # [redacted] I used Dawgs sizing chart for Dawg shoes and then ordered one size larger than their chart called for to be safe Upon receiving boots they were too small even though I ordered one size larger than their own sizing chart recommendedI read their return policies and it stated if I wanted only an exchange that shipping fees would not be chargedI called customer service and explained the situation and stated I wanted to exchangeI was sent a return shipping label that cost me $to have printed as I have no printer and no [redacted] location in my town Inside the return box their directions state to place the original packing slip with directions as to whether your want a refund or exchangeOn the packing slip I wrote: "Exchange for size or 9" I placed the slip inside the box sealed it and placed the return shipping

Somehow ended up on their promotions email list despite having never interacted with them and, upon attempting to unsubscribe, their email template just redirects to a placeholder, they have no means to unsubscribe
