what about the time I already missed and all the problems I had during the installation and all the clean up I had to do?? All of this took time and was very frustrating. You are not addressing this. I still am requesting a 10% discount as I don't feel that is asking much.

USA Insulation office is welcome to phone me to set up an appointment date/time.# 216*789*3741

[redacted] will be in contact with Miss [redacted] to install the door.  I have instructed him that he will need to accommodate her work schedule so she will not need to miss work.

[redacted] is no longer with our company.  Would this customer be open to having another representative out to her house to review the home and quote?  If so, we can contact her to schedule the appointment.

One of our installers accidentally poked a hole with a drill
in a wooden closet door at Miss [redacted]’s house.
It can be easily patched and painted however this quick and easy fix was
unsatisfactory to Miss [redacted].  Therefore,
in an effort to satisfy her and at a far greater cost, I...

purchased the door
that she emailed to me and hired a handyman to hang and paint it for her.  Unfortunately the door that she sent to me
was not what she wanted.  I still can’t
understand why she would send me a door that is not what she wanted seeing she
wrote to me, “This is what I found in stock at [redacted].  They don’t have the plain in white in stock
but they have this one:JELD-WEN | Model #:[redacted]Textured 6-Panel Primed Composite Molded Bored Interior Door
Slab”To me, when someone provides me with a specific model number
and description of something, lets me know that it’s in stock and where to get
it, it’s pretty clear to me that that’s the one I should get.  Nonetheless, the door was not what Miss
[redacted] wanted so she sent it back and sent the handyman away.  With the additional $50 that I’ve offered to send to Miss
[redacted], she should be able to buy whatever closet door that she wants.  I’ve already informed her that the handyman I’ve
hired will still go to her house at her convenience to hang and paint it for
her.  All she needs to do is provide the
door using the money I’ve already offered.
The other option is to have the handyman patch and paint the hole so she’ll
have the same door she started with.  Regarding the electrical, yes, there was an outlet that was
damaged during our installation process.
There was also a surge protector that was damaged along with an adapter
connected to it.  We reimbursed Miss
[redacted] for the electrician and I bought her a new surge protector and adapter.  Thankfully, there was no additional damage.  We feel we've made every effort to satisfy Miss [redacted] by replacing
damaged property, reimbursing her expense for the electrician and trying to
replace a door that only needed a patch and paint.  In addition, as a token of our efforts to
satisfy Miss [redacted], I offered to send her a $50 gift card to her favorite
restaurant.  She told me to make it a Visa
gift card, which I did.  Her insulation
job is perfect and we feel our efforts have gone above and beyond reasonable to
remedy any and all issues that may have arisen during the installation process.  We have also done our best to accommodate
Miss [redacted]’s work schedule including evening and a Saturday morning
appointment.
In summary, we are offering to pay our handyman to patch and
paint the door that she has in order to insure it matches her other doors.  Or we can offer to provide Miss [redacted] with an
additional $50 towards the purchase of a new door along with paying our
handyman to install and paint it for her.
