We have a work order that every customer signs which has a diagram on the bottom of the form. The diagram is spicific and has arrows pointing to the surfaces of the fence we power wash and seal. This customer wants additional surfaces done that are not included in the diagram they... signed for. We would be happy to do additional work but we would require payment for the additional work.

How can the Revdex.com take a complaint from someone that never had anything to do with the contract and the communication? This complaint should not be valid. First of all our contract was with *** *** we never even spoke to *** *** through the entire
processAll communication was with ***. Therefore we ask that this complaint be removed from our record *** *** did not complain about the service because he knew what he was getting into and he agreed to the terms *** was shown pictures of stain options through text messages that we have saved. These options would have left his fence looking all one color with all his old stain being covered and a uniform coat put on*** declined the upgrades that would have left his fence looking brand new. *** picked the clear coat which left the old stain showing through the fence. *** did not have anything to do with *** decision to go with the clear coat. We warned *** that his fence wouldn’t look very good at all with the clear coat as it would leave his fence looking splotchy where his old stain didn’t come off . Knowing all this *** picked the clear coat. Again *** had nothing to do with any of the communication. *** isn’t complaining because he is the one that understood what he was buying and he picked the refinishing option clear coat We have saved all text communication with *** agreeing to the terms of the contract Upon completion of the work no concern or complaint came from ***. We Fulfilled the contract by cleaning and sealing the fence with a clear coat and we were paid in full for the work done We have reached out to *** through text messages two times since *** *** sent in this complaint . We have these text messages saved. We have politely asked *** if we can do anything to make him more happy and *** has not responded. What needs to be done to get the fence looking great is to put a solid stain on to cover the old stainWe are willing to come out to his home and do this for him and not charge any labor and masking supply’s to him, if he purchases the stain

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me based on the text between [redacted] and [redacted] where she stated they will do a cedar stain for a flat $125. There was no need to be so hostile. I do, in fact, have a say in these matters. [redacted] and I are married and we own the home together and make the decisions together. Yes, you texted with him and not me. However, I actually spoke to the workers in person. Also, you seemed to have no problem cashing the check with my signature on it. If my money is good, my opinions on your quality of work are valid as well. This resolution is satisfactory on the condition that when they do the cedar stain, they don't just spray it all over my trees and grass and into my neighbors yard like they did the clearcoat. I took video of the guy doing it and he just sprayed it everywhere as quickly as possible. If they do that with actual visible cedar stain, we will have a problem because my neighbors will complain as well. We have an HOA and can't just have stain all over the driveway or alley or people's cars.
