This business has my home address and has been sending me bills with more and more interest attachedThey have told me that I can either settle in full or pay the amount due plus the interest, neither of which I can do because I do not qualify for a $5,loan from anybodySo I feel that all I am doing is paying interest upon interest upon interest, and they would rather have their interest than to have me making payments on the principalThey are more than welcome to call me, but they have not attempted to contact me by telephone even though they have all of my current contact information.

The customer's initial complaint included the request for a fair repayment plan that did not include the earned interest that has accrued.  In our response, we stated that we would forgive the earned interest and work out an affordable payment plan as he requested.  There is nothing further to offer as we have agreed to the terms that the customer has requested.  There is not a current phone number on file so I request that the customer reach me directly at 608-354-0719 to establish a payment plan on the amount borrowed.

worked with him to establish a payment plan that worked with his budget.  The customer made small weekly payments for 8 months.   Payments were discontinued after those 8 months.    Customer stated he was not able to pay due to lack of employment.    The customer had also asked for the interest on the loan to be forgiven.  As he stated, we did accept that offer and he was unable to meet the terms.  We later worked with him at a reduced payment amount which he also did not follow through with.    We have not been able to reach the customer since November 2015.   We are again willing to work with the customer.  We will offer to forgive the earned interest on this loan as requested and work out an affordable payment plan.  He will need to contact USA Finance directly to establish these terms.  The office can be reached at 800-427-5051.
