Review: I purchased the medical billing and software from this company and it cost me $5900.00. There were no guarantees for the sales and marketing aspect as there was no way for them to guarantee my ability to gain clients for this business. I was however given a guarantee that there would be no additional software to purchase and that all software updates were included with the price I paid. They also said they would always be there to help me with the client paperwork and the clearinghouse that I need to send my claims. I recently tried to contact them to get my software updated and I can't get in touch with anyone. The phone numbers are no good and their website was last updated in Jan. 2013. I even looked up their address and can't find another number. They were in business for over 20 years so I had no Idea that they would disappear and not even let their clients know. Now I have the business finally running and have no software. This is very frustrating. I'm not sure what can be done as it looks like they just disappeared. Can you please help me? I'm not sure if they went out of business or something else happened that I should know about.Desired Settlement: I don't know if it is possible to get my money back now especially if they are out of business. I would be happy with just the software updates but if they went out of business then I will lose the clearinghouse and the other services that were promised to me when I purchased the entire package. At this point, I will have to buy another software program and they are very expensive. If any of my money could be returned I would be so grateful. Please let me know what happened to them.
