These guys are just awfulFirst my estimated repair time was days, and it wound up taking them weeksSecond, I paid for electronic stereo parts that didn't workOnce this was addressed with them, they said they would get replacements, which they didn'tThird, I paid for both my hatchback wiper and my rear passenger window to be fixed, but within two days after getting it back both broke againUpon bringing this to their attention I was essentially told "too bad." I went back and forth with them for nearly months trying to reach a resolution, and finally gave upI spent $with them and wound up with the exact same car problemsPlease consider taking your car to an authorized repair center, because in my opinion these guys are crooksmore thingsfirst they have a German Shepard behind the counter for intimidation purposesWhen I raised my voice to them that I was tired of waiting for my car, the dog started growling and they told him "good boy." Last thing, I filed a Revdex.com complaint against them, but they never responded to it, so it was not even posted
