Review: I found an ad on penny saver under category "careers" advertising "forklift/whse workers skilled unskilled. Ladies encouraged. Job assistance today. Osha. Pay $11-21+Benefits" To me and I'm sure to anyone who's reads would find this to be job openings or a job agency, so I called the number on the ad but no one answered, moments later I received a call from a man asking if I called about the job? I said yes, he then asked if I was forklift certified and I said yes, then asked thru who? I said pro safe, his response was "we don't accept prosafe" and hangs up the phone. So I called again but he rejects the prosafe license again because he said those are illegal and so I asked him where can I get a license you will accept and he said I can send you to a place but don't mention you have a license they will laugh at you. He made it very clear that he had a job for me once I got my license so we made an appointment to be there at 10am the next day. I showed up for the appointment, went thru the process of filling out an application. Once done the woman there went thru my application asked me a couple questions and said "we do have job openings available we just need you to be certified" the price of their special package was 150$ Which would certify me to drive various forklifts insisting that it would increase my salary and chances of getting hired, so since they made me feel so confident that they had a job for me I purchased it and once I gave her my payment she made me watch a training video and take a quiz. I finished my quiz then handed to her. She then gave me my certificate my license and finally about the job, she handed me a list of companies and agencies that she said were hiring, there was never a job they really had for me, she also mentioned that these companies let our company (usa forklift) know who's hiring so they are up to date with what companies are hiring. But none of the companies have an affiliation with them nor have job openings available. This is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I would want the company to advertise correctly so there wouldn't be any misconceptions and also the man who answered my call named Fida to stop offering jobs that he does not have for customers. I want a full refund of my money, I never went to the training and the license they hand out are not legit.
