We will start the manufacturing of the pixie and save any scraps. Hello,                    I apologize I had been out of the office so I was unable to get to this sooner.  I have reached out to Mrs. [redacted], below is a copy of the email I sent her in response to her...

request. “     Hello [redacted],        I am contact you in regards to your two alpaca hides that are well overdue.  We have completed one hide that was damaged at some point in the process so it is in several pieces.  This pelt would be a good candidate to have something made such as the hat you were looking to have made.  The hair is very long so either we could make something else such as leg warmers or pillows that would better accommodate the long hair.  If you would like us to make something for you from this hide we would do it for 50% off of the normal price.  There will be no charge for the fleshing and tanning of either hides.  The second hide is not done with tanning process according to our database.  We are working to determine if the second hide is in a position to be pulled from the process or if it was completed without the ID tag that is attached to it when it starts the process.  If the ID hide has come off we can replace the hide with a quality alpaca hide or reimburse you for the value of a raw hide. We processed Mr. [redacted]'s orders on Nov. 13th. The packing slip that was enclosed with his 1 bobcat and 1 coyote for rapid tanning included his Name, phone number, email, and what he wanted done with the hides. Mr. [redacted] did not include his...

address on his packing slip. Our receiving process takes any information on a packing slip as current and it is then processed into an invoice.
We contact every customer with an invoice to ensure that everything on their order including their address is correct.
We mailed an invoice to Mr. [redacted] who after receiving it called to take care of the payment. At no time did Mr. [redacted] make any mention that his address was incorrect. Once his order was completed it was shipped via Fed ex ground. The completion due date on his invoice was stated as Dec 13, 2015 and the package was delivered on December 12, 2015 to the address which was listed on the invoice which was sent to Mr. [redacted] to confirm his order. Mr. [redacted] contacted us on the 12th of January stating that he had not received his package. We tracked the package and informed him where and when it was delivered.
We have since updated his address as well as mailing a letter to his previous address in attempt to contact the current resident and inform them of the situation.
Mr. [redacted] failed to include his current address on his packing slip and after receiving his invoice did not contact us to correct the address.
A copy of his packing slip has been included. We do contact every customer in the form of an invoice and it is the customer's responsibility to look over their invoice to ensure it is accurate.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because: the vendor has yet to act on their response.  Once USAA Fox and Furs actually ships the furs back to me, I will consider the issue resolved.  Until they do this I will reject the resolution to the complaint.  [redacted]
