USA Gasoline #63370

Review: On June 20th, 2014, I stopped at the USA Gasoline on Magnolia near Trask in Garden Grove. After putting $50 in gasoline in my car I asked to use the air compressor to fill a tire with low pressure on my car. I was told that the machine wasn't working. A week later on June 27th, 2014, I returned to put $50 in gasoline in my car again. Seeing some young adults using the air compressor I knew it was working properly and asked to use it for my tire that was regularly losing air pressure. I was told that the air compressor wasn't working and management would not turn it on for me. It became aware to me at that point that the owners of USA Gasoline do not wish to abide by California law requiring them to allow customers who purchase gasoline to use the air compressor without being charged. Instead they wish to only make it available to those who use $1 in quarters to activate the machine.Desired Settlement: I would like the Gas station to be reminded about their legal responsibility to allow consumers to use their air compressor, and to be subjected to any fines or penalties regarding their failure to comply
