I recently got a Chrysler Pacifica from this business, ran by a *** *** I only had the car for wks,hasn't even been through inspection, check engine light came on after a week and a half of driving the carCome to find out that the car needs Catylist Converters, and sensors, at weeks the car over heats because of busted radiator and shuts down.After explaining what's wrong the dealer told me he would get everything fixed for me, after picking the car up to get it fixed, I got a call from *** *** stating that the motor is blown and there is nothing he can do for meHe won't reimburse me, give me another car, or get it fixed like he promisedI just don't know what to do
I purchased a vehicle from this place on 08/30/At the time of purchase I paid for titles and tagsToday is 11/01/and this dealer has failed to provide me with these documentsThis was a cash purchase so there's no reason for me to be waiting this longThis was a salvaged title and the dealer sold me this vehicle before he even got the titlework situated and switched to the name of the businessThis is a poor job on the behalf of the dealer and something needs to be done about this
