I thought this might have been a legit company. They asked for some minor details online but immediately began calling with other things I didn't ask about. I was called several times told I qualified for a grant and they needed my banking info, I said no I don't give out my bank info or SSN number and they kept insisting a that point I let them know I didn want theirbservices and hung up... I blocked them with Mr number...they began calling me private... I answer because my dr calls from UNC privately... They would immediately begin talking I would say I'm not interested and hang up...yesterday I received yet another call and I told him I had asked to be removed from the call list...he said why and said mY name..I said I owe you no explanation please remove me from the list... He said yes you do and until you can give me one I will keep calling at this point I said that's harassment along with other choice words and hung up. Grant USA is a scam... Trying to prey on low income people desperate to get help. They need to be stopped!

From a scale of A+-F is an F- possible if not then it should be implemented. The website USA GRANT APPLICATIONS is a TOTAL SCAM. Please, I am begging you avoid the website like it is the plaque because that is what it is.

It was misleading upon payment has been made. I created a profile and a password. After I logged in I started realizing it wasn't the service I paid for. I called the company 8 times and nobody helped or didnt answer.. I called them again and nobody wants to take the responsibility. Desired Settlement: Refund

I requested for a grant for living and business but I did not get anything instead money $29.95 was withdrawn from my account through my card without informing me which is very bad, anyway, please I need a refund if you won't give me the grant.

USA Grant Applications and USA Funding Applications is the same company. If you read reviews and do your research you find they have changed their name a few times.

PLEASE DO YOU RESEARCH! I am currently researching possible grants for my new businesses. I registered on USA Funding Application and I immediately stopped the process when they asked for money. My first thought was why would I pay money when I'm seeking funding? Shortly, after they called me. I only answered the phone call because it was in my area code. Scammers can change the number to appear they are local, please be aware of this. The information this guy shared with me all sounded great. Then he told me there is a one time fee of $29 but could give it to me today at a discounted rate of $21. I explained to him I am not giving you my credit card, nor paying anything until I have reviewed your company, your website and checked with Revdex.com. I asked him what the company's website was, and he hesitated to share it. In fact, his response back was very sketchy. He told me I'd have to look back at the website I applied at. I explained I've been looking and researching all morning so I do not remember what site that was. He then shared the company is USA Funding Applications. I'm glad I looked here and glad I looked up SCAMS and their REVIEWS. Because of this, I will not call them back, plan to block their number and will not agree to give them money.

Review: The say that if don't qualify then I would be refunded. Well, I went an paid the fee to try to find grants for home repair. Well, the applications on the site more mostly for the disabled, the elderly, or low income families. When the called me to do a follow up the woman on the line treated me as I was stupid and told me that I wasn't doing it right . Well, I told her I was going to the right thing she really started asking rude. I tried calling the company back and now they won't answer the phone.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

Review: I was trying out this company ( new usa funding ) and it was crazy how their customer service and account representative so ignorantly responded to Me and I made three (3) actual calls but to no avail each team - I was handled with ignorance - so I told them to be cancelled My whole thing with their company as I could no be adequately helped - but the company which I came to with (their bad treatment and poor quality customer service) know never did and contd to charge My card which makes it unauthorized charges because they fail to deliver the very basic thing and that is the price structure from the begining of how their company charges clients and second is the website itself - which doesn't show how to do about getting the services which they so boast about - so in a nutshell they failed to guide Me on how to use their company's website so that I am able to get those services from them but instead they were rude and ignorant and especially the one that handled My account - so with this said and explained in a brief - I was abandoned by the company for weeks and they can check & verify this through account log-in records of how many times I was connecting to their site - that alone should be enough proof that I could not do as they simply refused to help Me with their site on the internet as how to use their siteDesired Settlement: immediately all funds back to Me and what they put Me through by the company's piss poor quality of customer service and you can imagine the rest

Review: Signed up for the sight and was able to get on after paying the 29.95 but then couldn't sign back on. Called customer service and no one answered 3 times on separate calls and then when I finally got someone she finally cancelled the membership. But prior to this there was no way for me to get back to the sight to look at grants.Desired Settlement: I requested a refund and she gave me a confirmation number, the reps name was [redacted]l, and she stated that the refund would take a couple of days which is to be expected but also advised me that she would be sending a cancellation email to which I didn't receive and she stated that she couldn't resend. I will be following up with this company to make sure my money is returned and if not I will file another complaint.

Review: I just subscribed to usagrant applications for helping with finding loan applications and paid $29.95 for the first month . I tried to log in to day and the site wouldn't except my e-mail user name or the password that was given. I tried to send them to send me a password change and couldn't get them to send me an e-mail. I see other people have had similar problem so please help me correct this and stop this service as it won't let me do what they say I could do.Desired Settlement: I want the full $29.95 refunded to my credit card and cancel all service with this agency. the should be reported to the Revdex.com. very disappointed.

He did call us on 10/24/14 asking to cancel, at which time he would have been told how to log in.We also noted that he claims to have paid $29.95 when in reality, he only paid $19.95 which we have now refunded to him. His confirmation number is [redacted] and we have emailed client to advise him of this. We expect that this matter will be brought to a close as we have resolved the issue.

Review: I found this website that offered a federally funded grant and found out it was a scam but it was too late they had already charged me $29.95, so I called New USA funding and asked them to refund me the $29.95 and they said that I need to give further personal information on an application which required my social security number in order to have a slight possibility to get my money back.Desired Settlement: I just want the refund of $29.95 and no further contact from New USA funding.

Review: Today Feb. 8 2014,I signed up at the usagrant.org website for a what seemed to be a one time fee for a find you a grant type service. I had realized that this was a scam after 20 minutes of surfing the website. At that time I received a call from one of their customer service representatives stating there would be recurring monthly billing cycles for this service. I told her that I thought they were providing a fraudulent service and wanted a refund. She stated that she could not do that and they would continue to bill me monthly until they received a written letter from me asking to discontinue service. I then stated that I would contact the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Refund and no recurring monthly charges.

Review: I went on line to apply for a grant with this company and paid $29.00 to so-call get an application to apply for a grant which I never got because I was later told that the fee I paid was for someone to call me and give me information about how to apply for the grant and get info and about how the program works. Then I was told that I would have to pay an additional $29.00 to get the application to submit for a possible grant approval. My complaint is this was very misleading. I did not see this up front as I was submitting my request. As of now I have not used this service and I called to ask for a refund but they won't. This is not right because they gave no indication on their website that two (2) fees will be charged. I just want my money back.Desired Settlement: I just want fairness.

Review: A few months ago I applied for a grant to pay off my college tuition at the website. It specifically states that "Our membership fee also comes with a GUARANTEE which states: If you apply for funding using one of the applications you find on our website and you don't receive funding, your membership fees will be refunded to you immediately." I have called and emailed them all they are giving me is the run around, no straight answer. They only called me once to insure me that I applied for a grant, nothing else. I have asked for a refund of the $29.95 they tell me basically they have no way nor control over that and to talk to my grantor, the thing is I haven't been granted anything nor talked to from a grantor. All I done was fill out the application of why I was in need of the grant and why should I receive it. The next page was the order page which was the $29.95 fee. After that I received the call about me applying for the grant. Since then only thing I have gotten from them is the run around as I have explained previously. I do not have money to be wasting and that money could have went on a bill or food. I even tried logging on and the code I had they said was invalid, then I sent to get my passcode they wont send it to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of the $29.95 to my card. I also would like this site to be investigated because there is no telling how many other people experienced the same thing I have experienced.

Review: On October 23, 2014, I signed up for an account with USAgrantapplications.org because on their website they stated "You will receive the Funding Application Research Service free for 30 days, then after only $29.95/month and you can cancel at any time." I further confirmed this information in their Terms and Disclaimer before I submitted approval to set up the account which required my credit card number. In their Terms and Disclaimer under the Funding Application Research Service section is states, "By agreeing to this service, the user agrees to a membership fee of $29.95/month which is waived for the first 30 days. If the client does not cancel the service, they will be charged $29.95 each month for this ongoing service."

On October 27, 2014, (four days later) I noticed a $29.95 charge in my bank account. When I called and asked why I was charged, when their service agreements says the membership fee will be waived for the first 30 days, she just responded that they do not waive any fees. She let me know she was sure that the charge was correct and there is no free service. When I set up the account I made sure to print out pages from their website that guarantees free service for 30 days, when I read to the representative the information from their website and the disclaimer, all she can tell me is that I have the option of canceling the account and then I won't be charged next month. She was unwilling to refund the fee.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the charge of $29.95.
